CHAPTER I
INTRODUCTION
Field trips offer opportunities to students that
they may not have known existed, and expose them to
learning experiences that can not be duplicated inside
the classroom. Although books and classrooms offer
wonderfully comprehensive educational learning
experiences, the citizen of the 21st century will be
expected to learn and re-learn from their working and
living environment. The skills for critical observation
and comprehension from a person’s surroundings are
essential lifelong learning objectives.
This well-organized field trip can allow us to
observe a system not available in the classroom and
weigh the possible benefits of adopting it. Also a
field trip is an excellent way to get us who are having
trouble getting involved in the classroom active and
working hands-on with something related to the lesson.

Countries and Peoples. On the occasion, he often
get questions about the Building Independence and
the city of Bandung. Many times the conversation
ends with a statement of their desire to be able
to visit the city of Bandung and Freedom House.
Inspired by this, then comes the idea to capture
the Asian-African Conference (KAA) in 1955 as the
biggest milestone in the success of Indonesia's
foreign policy. Soul, spirit and influence of KAA
has spread throughout the world, especially Asia-

CHAPTER III
CONCLUSION
A field trip is a great way to educate us as
students. We may learn experience. Experience may
10
lead to the learning of important lessons like
social and life experience which would lead to a
better prepared adult. Experience may also led to
a friendship due to having to sit with someone you
don't talk to in college and create a friendship.
Untirta English Department 2010 has conduct a
field trip to Bandung on Saturday, 27th of May
2013. From this field trip we could learned much
things about tourism in Indonesia. Beside that, we
could know about the history, culture and identity
of the places that we have visited, such as
Maribaya Waterfall, Asia Africa Conference Museum,
and PasarBaru Trade Center. We can also learn how
to be a good tour guide and how to organize the
event through this field trip.
