Nutsche filtration is a batch process which uses

pressure or vacuum to separate for filtration in a

closed vessel. They are widely used in pharmaceu-

tical and chemical laboratories. Jacket is provided

to the vessel to dry the wet cake which can be

discharged from the outlet. We manufacture ANF

and ANFD in Standard and GMP variants which

adhere to the superior quality.

CENTRIFUGE & FILTERS

A centrifuge machine uses strong centrifugal force to separate the liquid from the solid based on

difference in densities. The liquid is pushed out through the perforated basket and the wet cake is

collected in the PP cloth. We provide bag lifting arrangement for basket and top lid for easy load-

ing and unloading of the material.

PNF is the most energy efficient machine for separating solids from liquid. It is used for filtration of

products which are sticky in nature. They can be designed to with stand pressures upto 5 Bar to full

vacuum. They are mounted on rubberized, lockable antistatic castor wheels for easy mobility. VNF

are available from 18” Diameter to 60” Diameter with a Filtration area ranging from 0.1 m2 to 1.8 m2.

1) PRESSURE NUTSCHE FILTER :-

In VNF the filtration occurs under the application vacuum in a closed vessel. They are used in Phar-

maceuticals & Food Industries, where solid-liquid separation takes places under vacuum to prevent

any contamination from the atmosphere.

Filter Press also known as sparkler filter and are ideally suited for the filtration of syrup, liquid,

chemicals, oil beverages. It consists of perforated filters, filter media, inter locking cups with

pump and piping, mounted on trolley. The swing bolt design ensures air tight sealing. The zero

hold up models ensure all the fluid is transferred to the filtrate side without any holdup.
