ESTABLISHED IN 1961FAD Group is a leader in the production of Flanges & Forged Steel components for Chemical, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Offshore and Onshore Oil & Gas Facilities.

We are a manufacturer and stock holder of forged steel Flanges and Special pieces for Oil, Gas and Power Projects worldwide serving end users, engineering companies, design houses and trading

companies alike.Our group of companies covers an area of 60,000 m2 of which 25,000 are covered and works successfully on large projects around the world.

Our company always upda-ted with the latest tech-

nology, has been attentive to select very carefully the Sales and technical staff, to obtain a complete organization and ready to meet your needs.

Has been working for years with a guaranteed Quality Control Service, which acts at all stages of production, accor-ding to ISO, BS, ASME, enco-ded in the Quality Assurance Manual.

It is also continuously develo-ping a technical department can design special products according to the demands of customer service.

FAD Group tip constantly maintaining 2 principles: Quality and Accuracy. It is equipped with a techno-logical laboratory, capable of performing mechanical tests, chemical and non-destructive examinations.

The consolidated experience in theforged sector has allowed FAD

Group to obtain the most relevant cer-tifications and qualifications in the field, thus opening the doors to participa-tion in the most prestigious worldwide projects in the Oil & Gas market with the supply of its products.

The production of Forge Nicromo is mainly addressed to the supply of for-gings in carbon steels, for low tempera-tures, alloys, stainless steel, duplex and super-duplex.

The sectors served by Forge Nicromo are mainly: Oil & gas, energy, pharma-ceutical and mechanical.

The current production capacity is 12,000 tons / year. We can cover a dimensional range starting from Ø 180 mm up to Ø 1,500 mm for a maximum weight of 5,000 Kg.

FAD Group offers the possibility of having a partner who favors it in the production of forgings without limitations in terms of quantity, dimensions, materials and tests.

CUSTING FORGING

All product forged by FAD accompanied by a test certificate EN 10204 3.1. At the specific request of the customer we have the possibility to carry out tests in accordance with EN 10204 3.2, thus entrusting the verification of the test results to a third accredited body.

HARDNESS is monitored with a brand new EASYDURhardness gauge for brinell tests up to 3000 kg.“Integral XY” is a special hardness tester Designed with a XY table for easy moving and placing of the pieces.This machine performs Brinell tests up to 3000 kg.
