BACKGROUND:
1.1 Managing Director DTIDC Ltd. vide his letter dated 3.8,12 to Vice Chairman DDA hasrequested for Development of Dull Haat, Mayur Vihar, Ph-I, Delhi. He has also informed thaiHon'ble MP Sh. Sandeep Dixit during his visit on 19.5.12 has desired that the tecsftility of
construction of Dilli Hoot for East Delhi by covering the open drain flowing along NOIDA-Link-Road. opposite Mayur Vihar Phase- I may be explored. Chief Engineer, DflDC Ltd. Videletters dated 23.10.2012 & 12.03.2013 forwarded a minutes of Meeting of Chief Secretory.GNCT of Delhi held on 13.09.2012 and has requested for conveying the feasibility for
Change of Land Use for the covered portion of the Nallah /drain for the proposed
construction of a Dilli Hoot over the drain. A conceptual proposal/ plan of the site underreference have been enclosed along with. A copy of convey letter to DTTDC EngineeringDiv. from GNCTD Engineering Div. dated 12.03.20 13 regarding Transfer of Irrigation & FloodControl Depft. Land on Long term Lease basis to D11DC for construction of Dull Hoot at
Mayur Vihar, Delhi was also enclosed. (ANNEXURE- I)
1.2 A copy of representation to CM, Delhi train the President of Vigyan Lok CGHS, Mayur Vihar,Ph-I has also been received through CE(EZ) DDA in which the CGHS stated that theconstruction of such project will provide spaces for community/ conference hail, plaza,library and parking etc. besides minimizing/ solving the causes of health hazard and protect
the environment. Also stated that some other societies! RWAs have made similar
representations to CM, Delhi.
2.0 EXAMINATION:
2.1 As per the conceptual proposal / location plan forwarded by Managing Director DIIDC,
the site u/r forms part of and along Shandcrro Drain, Mayur Vihar Phase - I near Metrostation. The DTTDC, GNCTD submitted the proposal for developing a Dilli Hoot for eastDelhi by covering Shandara Link Drain of I & FC (Irrigation & Flood Control) Department
(situated between RD 2915 m to RD 231 5m) measuring 27000 sqrn (600 X 45 m) approx. The
I & FC Department has leased out the portion under reference to DTTDC on long termbasis (for 99 years). Responsibility of maintenance and de- silting of drain on the coveredportion including operation of outfall structures will be of DTTDC. This has already beenagreed upon in a meeting of Chief Secretary of Delhi in a meeting held on 13.9.2012. It isalso stated in the letter off & FC Department that the allottee i.e. DTTDC will use the landonly for the purpose for which it is allotted & not for any other purpose.
2.2 DUDC submitted only a Preliminary Project Report, May, 2012 of the proposed Oil/i Hootcovering Shobdora drain situated along NOIDA Link Road, opp. Mayur Vihar, Ph- I. The siteis parallel to Metro Line aligned along the drain & at a distance of about 500m fromAkshardham temple. Easy accessibility from the Mayur Vihar Ph-1 Metro Station would beavailable. 1.0 BACKGROUND:
Chief Engineer (Gen.) DMRC vide letter dated 28.6.2011 has requested forallotment of land measuring 4851.00 sq. m on permanent basis for AncillaryBldg. & Entry/Exit Shaft Required for construction of Janak Pun (West)- KalindiKunj Corridor of Delhi MRTS Project, Phase - Ill.
II. Subsequently vide letter dated 11.4.2012, Chief Engineer (Gen.) DMRC hassubmitted an modified proposal for requirement of area 3753.0 sq. m forAncillary Bldg. & Entry Exit.
2.0 EXAMINATION:
The site under reference proposed by DMRC, for Ancillary Bldg. & Entry /Exit arelocated in the Houz Khas District Park . Location plan showing the site is placed asAnnexure-A. The proposed 3 pockets 11T-2, IIT-3 & 11T-4, are part of the DistrictPark (Reserve Forest) and as per the MPD-2021 and Zonal Development Plan ofZone F, these sites are falling in the Recreation use zone i.e. District park (ReserveForest) Annexure-B.
I As per the provision of MPD-2021, Metro Stations along with property development(composite development) up to a maximum area of 3.0 ha shall be permitted in allUse Zones, except in Recreational and Regional Park / Ridge Use Zone, Lutyens'Bungalow Zone and Heritage Zones, subject to approval of Technical Committee ofDDA.
It As per the examination of Landscape Deptt., the site under reference is part of theDeveloped Rose garden. DMRC has desired 1035 sqm of land for Permanent basisfor Entry! Exit Shaft, and other 1631 sqm for Ancillary Bldg&1087 sqm for Entry /Exiton other side. A number of trees are affected in the proposal which includes 68PTrees & 230 Shrubs & Plants.The details of the affected Trees and other featuressubmitted by Dy. Director (Horticulture) are annexed as Annexure - C.
iv. Since the area is developed park, falls in the Recreational Use Zone it will requireChange of Land use from Recreational' (City Park,District Park, Communitypark(Reserved forest) to Transportation' under the provision of Section 11-A of theDDAct, 1957.

Entry/Exit & Shaft at Hous Khas District Park has been proposed fromRecreational (City Park, District Park, Community park(Reserved forest)to 'Transportation' with the following boundary description and to beprocessed under the provision of Section 11-A of the DD Act,1957 subjectto the following.
a. DMRC shall obtain clearances from Forest Department and otherconcerned statuary Bodies since the land is falling within the reservedForest area.
b. DMRC shall obtain necessary clearances from statuary authoritiesconcerned for cutting of trees, as per the statuary requirement and plantthe required number of trees as per statuary requirement.
c. No construction shall be allowed till final notification of Change of Landuse is notified by the Ministry of Urban Development, Govt. of India.
d. Ownership status shall be confirmed by land department before handingover the land to DMRC

4.0 RECOMMENDATION:

1.0 BACKGROUND:
Chief Engineer (Gen.) DMRC vide letter dated 28.6.2011 has requested for allotment ofland measuring 6706.00 sq. m on permanent basis for Ancillary Bldg./Parking/Shaft,Entry/Exit Shaft Required for construction of Janak Pun (West)- Kalindi Kunj Corridor ofDelhi MRTS Project, Phase - Ill in file no.F34(24)2011/IL.
II. Further, VC, DDA vide note dated 2.3.12 in file bearing F34(24)2011/IL at page 6/Nagreed to handover the land of Pocket RKP-V (1056 sqm) and RKP-VI (565 sqm) to DMRCand DMRC will have to go through Forest Department.
Ill. Subsequently, Chief Engineer(Gen.) DMRC has submitted the revised / modifiedproposal to DDA, vide letter no. DMRC/Land/15/DDA/JP/YV/1441/978 dated 13.12.2012(file no.F,34(34)2011/IL) for an area measuring 3522 sqm. in three pockets land onpermanent basis for Ancillary Bldg/Parking/Shaft, Entry/Exit Shaft.
2.0 EXAMINATION:
The proposal has been examined and following observation are made:
The DMRC requested for an area of 3522 sqm. distributed in three pockets i.e. RKP-1(820 Sqm.) for Entry & Exit, RKP-4 (1885 Sqm) for Ancillary Bldg./Shaft/Entry Exit & RKP-5 (817 Sqm.) for Entry Exit/Shaft and Parking. Location plan showing the site are placedas Annexure A.
II. As per observation of the landscape department, the proposed site are part of fullydeveloped District Park and also notified protected forest of Delhi Govt., whichrequires NOC from the Forest Department.
Ill.
As per the Zonal Development Plan of Zone 'F', the land use is "Recreational", DistrictPark / Community Park / City Park/Reserve forest.
IV. As per provision of MPD-2021, Metro Stations along with property development(composite development) upto a maximum area of 3.0 ha. shall be permitted in all UseZones, except in Recreational and Regional Park / Ridge Use Zone, Lutyeins' BungalowZone and Heritage Zones, subject to approval of Technical Committee of DDA.
V. A joint inspection was conducted on 20.11.12 and 2.L13 by Dir. Hort. (South East) withthe official of DMRC. As reported by Hort. Department on 2.1.13, 526 trees are affectedin the proposal. Annexed as Annexure —B.
VI. Since the area is falling in Recreational Use Zone District Park / Community Park / CityPark. (Protected Forest), the proposal will require change of land use to be processedunder Section 11-A of DD Act, 1957, from Recreational to Transportation.

Modification in the layout plan of land measuring 32.75 ha at Village
Mahipalpur.
1.0. BACKGROUND:
The proposal of utilization of 102 l3igha (approx. 8.6 ha) DD / Gram Sabha land along
NH-8 in village Mahipalpur was approved in the Screening Committee meeting held on29.11.2005 vide item no. 121:2005 in which provision for utilization of land for CRPF,
fire station, Commercial use, Recreational and sports were proposed. Location plan
placed as Annexu re-A.
ii. Subsequently, the modified layout plan was considered in the Technical Committeemeeting held on 23.9,2008 vide item no. 144:08 for an area of 29.76 ha incorporatingthe proposal for CRPF, fire station, Commercial use, Recreational and sports with
proposal for change of land use which was approved in principle.
iii. Modification in the layout plan was again placed before the Technical Committee
meeting held on 20.2.2009 vide item no. 12:09 with proposed modification in the
alignment plan of 30m wide road connecting NH-8 with Mehrauli Mahipalpur Road
which the proposal was approved for change of land use under Section 11 A of DD Act,
1957 as approved earlier in the meeting held on 23.9.2008 with the condition that
allotment of plots be made after actual demarcation of road at site.
iv. Considering the proposed under pass to the Airport from NH-8 approved in the
UTTIPEC meeting held on 24.7.2009, and to accommodate the proposed underpass,
readjustment of the land allotted to BPRD, was placed before the Screening Committeevide item no. 149:2009 dated 26.10.2009. The proposal for BPRD land in two pocketson either side of the proposed 30 M road was approved by the Screening Committee.
Plan is placed at Annexure-B.
V. Dy. Gen. Manager (I) vide letter no. NHAI/Tech,/Del- Gur./NH-8/IGIA/2008/1012 dated
22.2.2010 informed that the construction of Northern underpass project has been
dropped, therefore, Defence & DDA land which was handed over to NHAI for the
project be handed over to them. This was also informed by it. Secretary, Mm. of Home
Affairs vide letter no. 23012/79/2009/PC dated 28.1.2010. Accordingly, themodification was proposed to restore the allotted to BPRD i.e. measuring 3.069 ha to
BPRD in one pocket which was placed before the 293 Screening Committee meeting
vide Item No. 87:2010 dt.15.7.2010 it was decided in the meeting that DDA should get
the clarification from the Ministry of Civil Aviation& Ministry of Road transport for
requiring of land in near future. Till such time the proposal is deferred.
vi. In the approved layout plan of Mahipalpur Village, a hospital site with an area
measuring 2.256 ha. was earmarked which is at present encroached by ihuggi dwellers
in the name of Arjun Camp. Therefore, the Hospital site could not be allotted to Health
and Family Welfare department of, NCT of Delhi. The concerned area MLA, Bijwasan
filed a complaint before the Public Grievance Commission that DDA has acquired 100
bighas of land in village and there is no Govt. Hospital for 15 to 20 Kms. in the vicinity
of the area.
vii. In the hearing of the Public Grievances Commission held on 17.4.12, Chairman, PGC
directed Pr. Secretary (H&FW) and Director DHS to arrange the meeting with Sr.
Officers of DDA to resolve the matter. In this context, a meeting was held on 18.5.2012
in the chamber of C! D, DD.A with Drvctor, DHS ., CMC), Planning (DHS), CMO(HQ)DHS
and officers of DDA to discuss the issue relating to allotment of land for 200 bedded
hospital at Mahipalpur.
viii. The Lands Department Suggested the land lying vacant opposite BPRD land which is
part of approved layout plan of Mahipalpur village.
ix. The proposed land for Hospital identified by the Land Department was the site
earmarked for BPRD in the approved layout plan of Mahipalpur. However, the area
BPRD has been adjusted on the opposite side as the under pass project has been
abandoned.
x. The proposal of the hospital on this land which was earlier earmarked for BPRD
requires modification in the plan and also involves change of land use from Govt. to
Public Semi-Public which is to be processed under Section 11-A of DD Act, 1957.
xi. Delhi Jai Board has been allotted 0.63 ha of land for UGR in the scheme area with the
condition that the top surface to be kept as green.
xii. Considering the changes in the area profile and request for additional facilities, it was
decided to work out a comprehensive project adjusting the existing and proposed
facilities.
xiii.The copy of the proposal was submitted to CE (SZ) for feasibility study/ total station
survey on 14.12.12 and 26.12.2012 and also handed over to Land Management
Department for ownership status on 14.12.12.
sJ EXAMINATION:
The detailed land utilization proposal which was approved in the Screening Committee
meeting held on 26.10.09 are as under:

g. The land allotted to BPRD, SSB, CISF in the Scheme area does not requirechange of land nse as these are covered in Government land use. The area
shown as commercial in the Scheme measuring 6.95 ha has already been
notified vide Gazette of India notification no. 5.0. 724 (E) dated 26.5.2005.
3.0. PROPOSAL:
Keeping in view the examination and estinp, developments as stated above, a corn rr'h

V. Necessary permission shall all be obtained from Airport Authority of India for developing
Residential as well as Public & Semi-Public facilties for .vhich copy of the proposal will be sent to
Airport Authority for height clearance.
vi. Few structures are affected in the proposlil for construction of 6m. / 4m. Road along the
periphery of the village which is proposed for convenient movement by villagers requires to be
checked by Engineering Department for feasbility and construction.
vii. All the dimensions are approximate. The dimensions shown in the plan are to be confirmed by
engineering department.
4.0. RECOMMENDATION
The proposal as given in Para 3.0 above is placed before the Technical Committee along
for consideration and subsequent processing for Authority for change of landuse as
explained at Para 3 (i) above.

1.0. BACKGROUND:
The proposal of utilization of 102 Bigha (approx. 8.6 ha) DD / Gram Sabha land alongNH-8 in village Mahipalpur was approved in the Screening Committee meeting held on
29.11.2005 vide item no. 121:2005 iii which provision for utilization of land for CRPF,
fire station, Commercial use, Recreational and sports were proposed. Location plan
placed as Annexure-A.
ii. Subsequently, the modified layout plan was considered in the Technical Committeemeeting held on 23.9.2008 vide item no. 144:08 for an area of 29.76 ha incorporating
the proposal for CRPF, fire station, Commercial use, Recreational and sports with
proposal for change of land use which was approved in principle.
iii. Modification in the layout plan was again placed before the Technical Committee
meeting held on 20.2.2009 vide item no. 12:09 with proposed modification in the
alignment plan of 30m wide road connecting NH-8 with Mehrauli Mahipalpur Road
which the proposal was approved for change of land use under Section 11 A of DO Act,
1957 as approved earlier in the meeting held on 23.9.2008 with the condition that
allotment of plots be made after actual demarcation of road at site.
iv. Considering the proposed under pass to the Airport from NH-8 approved in the
UT11PEC meeting held on 24.7.2009, and to accommodate the proposed underpass,
readjustment of the land allotted to BPRD, was placed before the Screening Committee
vide item no. 149:2009 dated 26.10.2009. The proposal for BPRD land in two pocketson either side of the proposed 30 M road was approved by the Screening Committee.
Plan is placed at Annexure-B.
v. Dy. Gen. Manager (I) vide letter no. NHAI/Tech,/Del- Gur./NH-8/IGIA/2008/1012 dated
22.2.2010 informed that the construction of Northern underpass project has beendropped, therefore, Defence & DDA land which was handed over to NHAI for the
project be handed over to them. This was also informed by A. Secretary, Mm. of Home
Affairs vide letter no. 23012/79/2009/PC dated 28.1.2010. Accordingly, themodification was proposed to restore the allotted to BPRD i.e. measuring 3.069 ha to
BPRD in one pocket which was placed before the 293rd Screening Committee meeting
vide Item No. 87:2010 dt15.7.2010 it was decided in the meeting that DDA should get
the clarification from the Ministry of Civil Aviation& Ministry of Road transport for
requiring of land in near future. Till such time the proposal is deferred.
vi. In the approved layout plan of Mahipalpur Village, a hospital site with an area
measuring 2.256 ha. was earmarked which is at present encroached by ihuggi dwellers
in the name of Arjun Camp. Therefore, the Hospital site could not be allotted to Health
and Family Welfare department of, NCT of Delhi. The concerned area MLA, Bijwasan
filed a complaint before the Public Grievance Commission that DDA has acquired 100
bighas of land in village and there is no Govt. Hospital for 15 to 20 Kms. in the vicinity
of the area.
vii. In the hearing of the Public Grievances Commission held on 17.4.12, Chairman, PGC
directed Pr. Secretary (H&FW) and Director OHS to arrange the meeting with Sr.
Officers of DDA to resolve the matter. In this context, a meeting was held on 18.5.2012
in the chamber of CLD, DDA with Director, OHS, CMO, Planning (OHS), CMO(HQ)DHS

and officers of ODA to discuss the issue relating to allotment of land for 200 bedded
hospital at Mahipalpur.
viii. The Lands Department Suggested the land lying vacant opposite BPRD land which is
part of approved layout plan of Mahipalpur village.
ix. The proposed land for Hospital identified by the Land Department was the siteearmarked for BPRD in the approved layout plan of Mahipalpur. However, the area ofBPRD has been adjusted on the opposite side as the under pass project has been
abandoned.
x. The proposal of the hospital on this land which was earlier earmarked for BPRDrequires modification in the plan and also involves change of land use from Govt. toPublic Semi-Public which is to be processed under Section 11A of DD Act, 1957.
xi. Delhi Jal Board has been allotted 0.63 ha of land for UGR in the scheme area with the
condition that the top surface to he kept as green.
xii. Considering the changes in the area profile and request for additional facilities, it wasdecided to work out a comprehensive project adjusting the existing and proposed
facilities.
xiii.The copy of the proposal was submitted to CE (SZ) for feasibility study/ total stationsurvey on 14.12.12 and 26.12.2012 and also handed over to Land Management
Department for ownership status on 14.12.12.
2.0. EXAMINATION:
The detailed land utilization proposal which was approved in the Screening Committee
meeting held on 26.10.09 are as under:

1.0 BACKGROUND:
Chief Engineer (Gen.) DMRC vide letter dated 28.6.2011 has requested for allotment ofland measuring 6706.00 sq. m on permanent basis for Ancillary Bldg./Parking/Shaft,Entry/Exit Shaft Required for construction of Janak Purl (West)- Kalindi Kunj Corridor ofDelhi MRTS Project, Phase - III in file no.F34(24)2011/IL.
II. Further, VC, DDA vide note dated 2.3.12 in file bearing F34(24)2011/lL at page 6/Nagreed to handover the land of Pocket RKP-V (1056 sqm) and RKP-Vl (565 sqm) to DMRCand DMRC will have to go through Forest Department.
Ill. Subsequently, Chief Engineer(Gen.) DMRC has submitted the revised / modifiedproposal to DDA, vide letter no. DMRC/Land/15/DDA/JP/YV/1441/978 dated 13,12.2012(file no.F.34(34)2011/lL) for an area measuring 3522 sqm. in three pockets land onpermanent basis for Ancillary Bldg./Parking/Shaft, Entry/Exit Shaft.
2.0 EXAMINATION:
The proposal has been examined and following observation are made:
1. The DMRC requested for an area of 3522 sqm. distributed in three pockets i.e. RKP-1(820 Sqm.) for Entry & Exit, RKP-4 (1885 Sqm) for Ancillary Bldg/Shaft/Entry Exit & RKP-5 (817 Sqm.) for Entry Exit/Shaft and Parking. Location plan showing the site are placedas Annexure A.
II. As per observation of the landscape department, the proposed site are part of fullydeveloped District Park and also notified protected forest of Delhi Govt., whichrequires NOC from the Forest Department.
Ill. As per the Zonal Development Plan of Zone 'F', the land use is "Recreational", DistrictPark / Community Park / City Park/Reserve forest.
IV. As per provision of MPD-2021, Metro Stations along with property development(composite development) upto a maximum area of 3.0 ha. shall be permitted in all UseZones, except in Recreational and Regional Park / Ridge Use Zone, Lutyeins' BungalowZone and Heritage Zones, subject to approval of Technical Committee of DDA.
V. A joint inspection was conducted on 20.11.12 and 2.1.13 by Dir. Hort. (South East) withthe official of DMRC. As reported by Hart. Department on 2.1.13, 526 trees are affectedin the proposal. Annexed as Annexure —B.
VI. Since the area is falling in Recreational Use Zone District Park / Community Park / CityPark. (Protected Forest), the proposal will require change of land use to be processedunder Section 11-A of DD Act, 1957, from Recreational to Transportation.

1.0 BACKGROUND:

II. Subsequently vide letter dated 11.4.2012, Chief Engineer (Gen.) DMRC hassubmitted an modified proposal for requirement of area 3753.0 sq. m forAncillary Bldg. & Entry Exit.
2.0 EXAMINATION:
The site under reference proposed by DMRC, for Ancillary Bldg. & Entry !Exit arelocated in the Houz Khas District Park Location plan showing the site is placed asAnnexure-A. The proposed 3 pockets IIT-2, 111-3 & 111-4, are part of the DistrictPark (Reserve Forest) and as per the MPD-2021 and Zonal Development Plan ofZone F, these sites are falling in the Recreation use zone i.e. District park (ReserveForest) Annexure-B.
I As per the provision of MPD-2021, Metro Stations along with property development(composite development) up to a maximum area of 3.0 ha shall be permitted in allUse Zones, except in Recreational and Regional Park ! Ridge Use Zone, Lutyens'Bungalow Zone and Heritage Zones, subject to approval of Technical Committee ofDDA.
111 As per the examination of Landscape Deptt., the site under reference is part of theDeveloped Rose garden. DMRC has desired 1035 sqm of land for Permanent basisfor Entry! Exit Shaft, and other 1631 sqm for Ancillary Bldg&1087 sqm for Entry /Exiton other side. A number of trees are affected in the proposal which includes 68Plrees & 230 Shrubs & Plants.The details of the affected Trees and other featuressubmitted by Dy. Director (Horticulture) are annexed as Annexure - C.
iv. Since the area is developed park, falls in the Recreational Use Zone it will requireChange of Land use from 'Recreational' (City Park,District Park, Communitypark(Reserved forest) to Transportation' under the provision of Section 11-A of theDDAct, 1957.

BACKGROUND:
1.1 Managing Director DITDC Lid. vide hIs letter doled 38.12 to Vice Chairman DDA hasrequested for Development of Dull Hoot, Moyur Vihar, Ph.-I, Delhi. He has also informed thatHonbie MR Sh. Sandeep Dixif during his visit on 19.5.12 has desired that the feasibility ofconstruclion of Dilli Hoot for East Delhi by covering the open drain flowing along NOIDA-Link-Road, opposite Mayur Vihar Phase- I may be explored. Chief Engineer DflDC Ltd. Videotters dated 23.10.2012 & 12.03.2013 forwarded a minutes at Meeting of Chief Secretary.ONCI of Delhi held on 13.09.2012 and has requested for conveying the feasibility icrChange of Land Use for the covered portion of the Nallah /drain for the proposec:construction of a Dilli Hoot over the drain. A conceptual proposal/ plan of the site underreference have been enclosed along with. A copy of convey letter to DTTDC EngineeringDiv. from GNCTD Engineering Div. dated 12.03.2013 regarding Transfer of Irrigation & FloodControl Depft. Land on Long term Lease basis to DTTDC for construction of Dilli Hoot a:Mayur Vihar. Delhi was also enclosed. (ANNEXURE- I)
1.2 A copy of representation to CM, Delhi from the President of Vigyan Lok CGHS, Mayur Vrhas,Ph-I has also been received through CE(EZ) DDA in which the CGHS stated that theconstruction of such project will provide spaces for community/ conference hall, plazmlibrary and parking etc. besides minimizing/solving the causes of health hazard and protectthe environment. Also stated that some other societies! RWAs have made similarrepresentations to CM. Delhi.
2.0 EXAMINATION:
2.1 As per the conceptual proposal I location pbin for Acirded by Managing Director DIIDC,the site u/r forms part of and along Shandarci Drain, Mayur Vihar Phase - I near MetroStation. The DTTDC, GNCTD submitted the proposal for developing a Dull Hoot for eastI)eIhi by covering Shandara Link Drain of I & FC (Irrigation & Flood Control) Department(situated between RD 2915 rn to RD 2315rn) measuring 27000 sqrn (600 X 45 m) approx. TheI & FO Department has leased out the portion under reference to DTTDC on long termbasis (for 99 years). Responsibility of maintenance and do- silting of drain on the coveredportion including operation of outfall structures will be of DTTDC. This has already beenagreed upon in a meeting of Chief Secretary of Delhi in a meeting held on 13.9.2012. It isalso stated in the letter of I & FC Department that the allottee i.e. DTTDC will use the landonly for the purpose for which ills allotted & not for any other purpose.
2.2 DTI'DC submitted only a Preliminary Project Report, May. 2012 of the proposed LCI Hoot
covering .Shandara drain situated along NOIDA LinK Road, app. Mayur Vihar, Ph- I. The siteis parallel to Metro Line aligned along the drain & at a distance of about 500m fromAkshardham temple.
