Ijin ikut meramaikan NCC-Chinesse Food Week yaa... Menu khas masakan cina ini benar-benar enak banget. Biasanya disajikan bersama dengan dimsum. Kalo makan di restoran biasanya disajikan cuma beberapa potong....Mana tahaaaannnn.....Mari kita bikin saja sendiri yuk....gampang kok, bisa puas disantap bersama keluarga, menu yang murah meriah dan nikmat ini bisa dimakan pakai nasi, bisa pula dimakan langsung tanpa nasi. Rasanya pun benar-benar menggugah selera....Pasti makan satu potong tidak akan pernah cukup....Gak percaya....Ayo Coba....!!! Resepnya kebetulan aku ambil dari web NCC, tapi sudah dimodifikasi ala dapurnila ya....silakan untuk lebih lengkapnya klik disini Bahan : 1 Kg kaki ayam, goreng hingga kering, rendam dalam air es selama 3 jam, sisihkan. Bumbu A : 2 bh cabe merah besar , iris kasar (ditumis, sisihkan) 5 btr bawang putih, memarkan 3 bh bunga pekak/bunga lawang 2 cm jahe diiris 1 sdm saos tiram 2 sdm kecap asin 2 sdm kecap mushroom 2 sdm ang cioe (optional) 3 sdm kecap manis 1 sdm garam CFW Sudah Selesai!! Ijin ikut meramaikan NCC-Chinesse Food Week yaa...Menu khas masakan cina ini benar-benar enak banget. Biasanya disajikan bersama dengan dimsum. Kalomakan di restoran biasanya disajikan cuma beberapa potong....Mana tahaaaannnn.....Mari kita bikin sajasendiri yuk....gampang kok, bisa puas disantap bersama keluarga, menu yang murah meriah dan nikmat inibisa dimakan pakai nasi, bisa pula dimakan langsung tanpa nasi. Rasanya pun benar-benar menggugahselera....Pasti makan satu potong tidak akan pernah cukup....Gak percaya....Ayo Coba....!!!

½ sdt lada1,5 lt air sisa perendaman ceker1 sdm angkak merah, rendam dalam 100 ml air, sampai merah ½ sdt ngohiong1 sdt cabe bubuk2 sdm tepung sagu, cairkan dengan 5 sdm air untuk pengental.

Cara Membuat :

Panaskan sedikit minyak, lalu tumis bawang putih sampai harumTuang ang cioe (jika pakai), masukkan semua sisa bumbu kecuali sagu, aduk rata.Masukkan kaki ayam goreng dan sisa air perendamnya, masak hingga empuk dan airnya menyusut.Setelah airnya sedikit berkurang, angkat kaki ayam. Dan sisihkan.Kemudian cairkan sagu campur ke sisa kuah ayam sampai mengental.Masukkan kembali kaki ayam dan kemudian cabe merah yang sudah ditumis terpisah. Aduk rata.Siap dihidangkan.
