MANAJEMEN NYERI PERSALINAN DI POLIKLINIK KIA

Latar Belaka!"  Nyeri persalinan merupakan pengalaman subjektif tentang

sensasi fisik yang terkait dengan kontraksi uterus, dilatasi dan penipisan

serviks, serta penurunan janin selama persalinan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk

mengetahui sejauh mana pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang nyeri dan manajemen

nyeri persalinan di Poliklinik KIA RS! Ratu "ale#ha $artapura %ahun &'(&.

Met#$e Peel%t%a"  Ran#angan penelitian ini menggunakan metode  survey

deskriptif . Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil yang melakukan

 pemeriksaan kehamilan di Poliklinik KIA RS! Ratu "ale#ha $artapura pada

 periode ( ) * $ei tahun &'(& yaitu sebanyak *+ responden. Penelitian ini

menggunakan teknik  purposive sampling . Analisa data dilakukan se#ara

deskriptif menggunakan tabel distribusi frekuensi.

Ke&%'()la" asil penelitian didapatkan bah-a pengetahuan responden tentang

nyeri persalinan sebagian besar #ukup yaitu sebanyak ( responden /01,234sedangkan lainnya kurang sebanyak(* responden /*,(34 dan baik sebanyak

+ responden /(0,*34. asil penelitian juga menggambarkan sebagian besar

 pengetahuan tentang manajemen nyeri persalinan yang akan diterapkan pada saat

 proses persalinan adalah kurang yaitu sebanyak (2 responden /0+,34

sedangkan lainnya dengan kategori #ukup sebanyak (& responden /*0,*3 dan baik

sebanyak responden /&','34. ntuk itu perlu disarankan untuk ibu hamil untuk

mengikuti berbagai ma#am pendidikan kesehatan yang diadakan oleh tenaga

kesehatan khususnya pengetahuan tentang nyeri persalinan dan manajemen nyeri

 persalinan.
