which is a direct competitor of Tik Tok.

Even if you don't use these, I urge you to search them and see what other Realtors
are posting. Also, creating a hashtag that goes with your name or what you do is
recommended so when you want someone to look you up, just recommend they
search your hashtag.
Do not be afraid to ask for reviews.
It can be at any time during a transaction, but especially at the end.
If you are a new agent starting out or even with just a few clients and you haven't
asked for reviews have a giveaway contest for reviews with a prize.
Always be specific and ask the person to like your post and share as well as leave
a review.
Don't forget to giveaway the prize at the end.

• Go to Facebook Business Page
• Click on Publishing Tools or 3 dots for more
• Left hand menu - click on Leads as Form
• Then click on Leads set up
• Search for CRM you are using
• Follow prompts to log in
• This allows your CRM to automatically enter information of people
clicking on your facebook into your database.

You can attach your Facebook Page to your CRM
(depending on what CRM you have)
Facebook GroupsJoining Facebook Groups are a great way to
indirectly advertise what you do.
Just engaging with posts can potentially engage
with and get you clients.
Also starting a Facebook group about something you
love and will constantly post about can be great for
your business as well.
