STATUS OF FOREST CLEARANCE
Report on Revenue Forest land of 38.82 Acres in power projects
Revenue forest land of 38.82 Acres in small patches is intervening within theproject boundary of Power Plant. Registration No-2012/062 dated 16.11.2012 wasobtained from Chief Conservator of Forest(CCF), Raipur for diversion of saidrevenue forest land after obtaining required NOC from the District Collector,Janjgir-Champa on 21.05.2011. Athena Chhattisgarh power Limited submittedthe FCA proposal to DFO, Champa vide Lr No. 793 dated 22.02.2013. After dueverification and acceptance of the proposal, DFO recommended the case to CF,Bilaspur vide Lr No-7924 dated 31.12.2013 and uploaded to the computer systemas proposal No-FP/CG/THE/3899/2014.
Then Conservator of Forest, Bilaspur sent the proposal to PCCF, Raipur on17.01.2014 vide Lr No-149. Thereafter the proposal is routed through Ministry ofForest, GoCG and recommended the diversion to APCCF, Bhopal. The proposalafter getting recommended from Regional office, Bhopal, this has gone to MoEF,Delhi on 24.12.2014. MoEF, Delhi has approved the proposal and sent back toRegional office, Bhopal. The proposal was received by Regional office, Bhopal on24.02.2015 where from stage-I clearance was to be issued.
