BENJAMIN M. RATTNER, affirms, under the penalties of pe1jury, the following:

1. I am an associate at the law firm of Kaplan Rice LLP, counsel for Wimbledon

Master Financing Fund, Ltd. (In Official Liquidation) ("Wimbledon"), and I am duly authorized

to practice law before this Court. I submit this affirmation to place before the Court documents

evidencing service upon Defendant Keith Laslop.

2. I make this affirmation based upon my knowledge of facts relating to service of

process in this action, and upon review of litigation files in this matter.

3. On January 7, 2016, I caused to be sent, via international registered mail, return

receipt requested, a letter to defendant Keith Laslop, enclosing the Summons with Notice,

Supplemental Summons, Complaint, and Notice of Mandatory Electronic Filing, and two copies

of an acknowledgement of service by mail pmsuant to CPLR § 312-a. That letter was sent to

Mr. Laslop's place of business at Intertain Group, 24 Duncan Street, 211ct Floor, Toronto, Ontario

M5V 2B8, Canada. As of the date of this filing, counsel for Wimbledon has not received an

acknowledgement of service by mail from Mr. Laslop, but it has received a signed return receipt.

A true and correct copy of this return receipt is attached hereto as Exhibit 1.

4. On January 8, 2016, I completed a request for service in accordance with Article 5

of the Convention on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil or

Commercial Matters (the "Hague Convention"). This request was sent to the Central Authority

in Ontario, Canada, along with two copies of the Cet1ificate of Service, Warning, Summary of

Documents to Be Served, Summons with Notice, Supplemental Summons, Complaint, and

Notice of Mandatory Electronic Filing. A true and correct copy of the request for service and

accompanying documents sent to Canada's Central Authority in Ontario, excluding the

Summons with Notice, Supplemental Summons, Complaint, and Notice of Mandatory Electronic

Filing, is attached hereto as Exhibit 2. 1

5. On January 22, 2016, I received an email from a Client Service Representative at

the Ontario's Central Authority requesting that I sign and date the Request for Service, which I

did the same day and returned that document via email. A true and correct copy of that email

exchange and the request for service is attached hereto as Exhibit 3.

6. On April 29, 2016, I completed a second request for service in accordance with

Article 5 of the Hague Convention This request was sent to the Central Authority in Ontario,

along with two copies of the Certificate of Service, Warning, Summary of Documents to Be

Served, and Amended Complaint. A true and correct copy of the request for service and

accompanying documents sent to Canada's Central Authority in Ontario, excluding the Amended

Complaint, is attached hereto as Exhibit 4.

7. Ontario's Central Authority responded on May 26, 2016, enclosing an affidavit of

non-service relating to the Summons with Notice, Supplemental Summons, Complaint, and

Notice of Mandatory Electronic Filing dated May 16, 2016. A true and correct copy of this

response and the accompanying affidavit are attached hereto as Exhibit 5.

8. On or about April29, 2016, I caused a letter to be sent, via international registered

mail, return receipt requested, to Mr. Laslop, enclosing the Amended Complaint and two copies

of an acknowledgement of service by mail pursuant to CPLR § 312-a. That letter was sent to

Mr. Laslop at Inte1iain Group, 24 Duncan Street, 2nd Floor, Toronto, Ontario M5V 2B8, Canada.

As of the date of this filing, counsel for Wimbledon has not received an acknowledgement of

service by mail from Mr. Laslop, but it has received a signed return receipt. A true and correct

copy of that return receipt is attached hereto as Exhibit 6.
