Customer Case Study 1: Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU)
Business Problem: The US-based NFCU is the world’s largest credit union and its mission is to offer a great experience to its 10 million members. However, as it managed multiple siloed systems it was limited in its ability to create consistent member experiences across digital channels (mobile vs. web).
Solution: The NFCU adopted Backbase as the standard for all customer & employee-facing touchpoints. They revamped their digital channels, offering seamless self-service capabilities and attracting new users.
