:- At present Nil, but the department is planning to redesign and restructure the courses, so that the industries and institutions can take feedback as well as to select HR as per their needs.

7. Details of programmes / courses discontinued, if any, with reasons : :- B.Com (Computer Application) was run on self finance basis and it has discontinued after conversion of the University as Central University in compliance to the policies of central universities.

Apart from this, our department is planning to offer some integrated courses useful to provide academic support to resolve specific problems. :- Economics, Sociology, Political Science, History, Philosophy, Mathematics and even Physics are those departments, from which several new courses can be developed like econometrics, corporate social responsibility, commercial history etc. The new discipline Econophysics, (developed for investigating solutions to two puzzles of Inflation and share market) has provided an opportunity to rethink beyond the traditional courses.
