Orders must be submitted along with a completed ‘Upgrade Request Form’ for registration on the system.Tools to be upgraded must have a valid TexPack contract, if not a ‘New TexPack’ must be submitted with the order to take advantage of these upgrade promotions. N.B. Restoration charges will apply. For tools with a valid TexPack subscription, the ‘Upgrade’ must be carried out through the registered distributor.Valid TexPack’s will be transferred to the new tool with their original expiry date.Compatible software integrations may be transferred providing the additional software has a valid TexPack, if not a ‘New TexPack’ must be submitted with the order. N.B. Restoration charges will apply. For Display upgrades moving from different software platform I.E. P.M. to Premium where there are multiple software environments (Car + Bike) there may be an additional charge for the transfer of integrated software.Tools that are out of contract can be transferred to another distributor by submitting a ‘Transfer Request’ and ‘New TexPack’ along with the order. N.B. Restoration charges will apply.Display units must have the registered interface (VCI) returned with the main unit to qualify for the ‘Upgrade’ and surcharge credit.Any display unit or interface submitted under this ‘Upgrade Promotion’ will automatically be scrapped and blocked from any further updates or transfers.This ‘Upgrade’ is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotions.Dealers must check and ensure compatibility of any existing TEXA interfaces, vehicle specific cables or related hardware.A £500 surcharge will automatically be added to all invoices for ‘Upgrade Promotions’.
