Marija Kujma

Her name's Marija Kuzma and she come from Zagreb, the capital city of Croatia. She is

20 (twenty) years old, and she studying medicine at the University of Zagreb. The course last six

years, and it's all in English! It's hard work, but Marija is enjoying it a lot.

Marija kuzma live at home with her mother, father, and grandmother. Marija can speak

three foreign languages English, French, and Italian. Marija speak Italian because her

grandmother's form Italy, and her grandmother's alway spoke to her in Italian when she was very

young. Marija speak English because she went to an English-speaking high school.

After Marija graduate, she going to work for Medicines sans Frontieres in West Africa,

because she want to travel and help people.

Jim Allen

His name's Jim Allen and he come from the north of England, near Manchester. Jim live in a

village just outside the city. Jim live alone now, because his wife died three years ago. But Jim near his

daughter and her family, so that's OK. Until last year, Jim worked in a paper factory, but now he is

retired. Jim never like him job much , but now he really enjoying life! he a student again. Jim studying

with the University of  the Third Age. It helps retired people like him who want to study again, and it

really wonderful. You see, Jim felt school when him was 15 (fifteen) and started work in the factory,

because Jim needed the money. Now Jim studying Spanish. He love it. Jim son lives in Spain with his

Spanish wife. Next year Jim going to visit them for six months, so he want him Spanish to be good!
