Title: Year 4 Memories
Your project is to produce a piece of work about your time in
Year 4; it can be presented in a number of different ways as
detailed below. Despite the unusual end to Year 4, what great
memories do you have of the year?
Possible project ideas:
A poem
Diary entry
Song
Comic strip
Newspaper article
We look forward to seeing your finished projects on Friday.
Online Daily Maths Lessons – Instructions Each daily lesson has a 10 minute video to explain the mathematical concept followed by a worksheet to complete. These lessons will cover the areas your child would have been taught since Easter if we had operated as normal. Therefore this should help reduce any gaps in their learning for the remainder of this academic year.

English Challenge Overview This term’s English learning will be presented slightly differently. Similar to last term, there will be a challenge to complete but it will be broken up into five separate tasks to help you achieve the overall challenge. You could then complete one smaller task a day. There will also be an English starter activity to begin each English lesson. Week 7 - Poetry This term we are using the fantastic book Wolves by Emily Garrett. (You can find a version of this on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9taIhqvyul4 Although this is a picture book, it has a great deal of humour and is full of hidden gems. Each day you will complete a task which builds up to a longer piece on the Friday. We look forward to reading your poems at the end of the week.
