The BIM Toolkit will support this full process. It will help clients generate sections of an Employer's Information Requirement (EIR) document. It will also help bidders and the supply chain develop their BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDP) in response to the EIR.

PAS 1192 Part 3 addresses the importance of identifying the information that an organisation needs to run effectively and how that information is derived from multiple pieces of information about individual assets.
