Thammasat University has authorized ttre Combined Bachelor and Master ofPolitical Science Program in Politics and International Relations (English Prograrn)Faculty of Political Science to select eligible applicants for the academic year 2AlZ.Theadrnission requirements and criteria can be seen hereunder.

1. DegreeAwards

The Combined Bachelor and Master of Political Science Program in Politics andInternational Relations (English Progranr), Faculty of Political Science offers Bachelor andMaster of Political Science (Politics and International RelationsJ and officially usesEnglish as medium of instruction.

Throughout the study, all the classes are conducted at Thammasat University,Tha Prachan Campus

Based on approval by Thammasat University Council, Thammasat Universityreserves the right to change the class location ifsuch changes are required.

2. Number of Admitted Applicants

The Cornbined Bachelor and Master of Political Science Program in Politics andInternational Relations fEnglish Program), Faculty of Political Science is authorized toadmit 100 eligible applicants.

3. Qualification3.1 Admission qualifications listed in Item 7 of the Thammasat University's

Bachelor Degree Regulations (L997)

3.1.1 Applicants shall not be diagnosed with communicable infectiousdisease, socially disgusted diseases or diseases which will impede the learningperformance.

3.1.2 Applicants shall not have convicted of any offence a crime or have notbeen charged with any offence

3.1.3 Applicants shall not have any students' status or currently be enrolledat any other higher education institution in Thailand

3.L4 Applicants shall have one of the following qualifications:

- Successfully completed secondary school or high vocational certificateor diploma or equivalent

- Successfully received Bachelor Degree from Thamrnasat University- Successfully received Bachelor Degree or equivalent from other

higher education institution endorsed by Thammasat University Council.Applicants have been approved by Thammasat University Council.

3.2 Completion of four semesters of Mathayom &5 or equivalent with minimurn GPA2.8 or

3.3 One of the following English proficiency test results:

- TOEFL: a minimum scorJof 500 on pBT/ 50 on iBT/ 170 on cBT

- IELTS: a minimum overall grade of 5.5

14. Conditions for Enrolled Students

14.1 Enrolled students must successfully passed the BMIR program'swritten examination and interview.

14.2 Enrolled students must have completed their high school at the time ofthe registration.

In case where students gra{uate from an international school in Thailandthat has not been endorsed by the Ministry of Education, or from abroad, the studentsmust obtain and provide the BMIR program a certificate of equivalenry from the Ministryof Education in Thailand before thq registration day.

If the student fails to provide the BMIR program such certificate,Thammasat University will be allowed the late submission of this document up to 30 daysfrom the beginning of the semester.

If the student cannot provide the. BMIR program the certificate within 30days after ttre semester begins, student's status will be revoked (detail in 3.4).

If it is found that the student has not completed high school, Thammasat Llniversitywill deny the admission and will not refund any fee paid by the student

14.3 Thammasat University students who are enrolled in other universityor educational institution will be disqualified and removed from the registration.

L4.4lf it is found that documents supplied by the student for admission isnot authentic or is fabricated, Thammasat University will remove his/her name from theregistration and press charges against the student.
