Vu les pouvoirs que lui conferent les dispositions du paragraphe I) de I'article 10 de la Loi No.8 de 1981 instituant Ie Code maritime,

INSERTION DE L' ARTICLE 3A 1. L'Arrete No. 25 de 1990 relatif aux Reglements maritimes est modifie en inserant apres

I'article 3 Ie nouvel article suivant :

"DROIT ANNUEL DE TONNEAU"

3A II est etabli un droit annuel de tonneau selon les modalites suivant :
