1. Summary

1.1 Machine Synopsis

Q91Y-1250T scrap steel hydraulic shearing machine is a model

developed with the world's advanced vertical scrap steel shearing machine

as the prototype. It uses the world-class technology and components to

manufacture products. Its structure, technical parameters and

performance have reached the world-class level.

As the first equipment for large-scale scrap steel processing, this

machine can cut various kinds of scrap steel, billet, metal structural

parts, etc. It provides high-quality furnace burden for metallurgical

industry, and is an important processing equipment for metallurgical

industry and large-scale metal recovery industry.

1.2 Design Basis

The hydraulic scrap shear is designed and manufactured according to the relevant

technical terms stipulated in the bidding documents and contract documents, as well

as the relevant national technical standards. The followings are the technical

specifications and technical standards mainly referred to in the design:

2. Technical Specifications of Q91Y-1250T Scrap

Hydraulic Shear and Matching Equipment

2.1 Equipment Composition and Function Description

The electrical system of the shearing machine consists of the main oil pump

motor, the control oil pump motor, the cooling system motor, the oil heater, the

electric control cabinet, the control console, the proximity switch controlling the

stroke of each oil cylinder, the laser displacement sensor and the transmitter, the

pressure sensor controlling the pressure of each oil cylinder, the oil level switch

detecting the oil height, the temperature sensor detecting the oil temperature and the

wires connecting each part,the cable box and the laying system of the line.

It mainly consists of the following components:

①Main Body of the Door Shear

It consists of gantry frame, pressing slider, pressing cylinder, pressing

wear-resisting plate, shearing slider, cutting cylinder and shearing wear-resisting

plate.The pressing assembly composed of the pressing slider and the pressing oil

cylinder is installed in the sliding groove formed by the gantry structure, and moves

up and down under the action of the pressing oil cylinder, thus completing the

material pressing at the outlet of the shearing material box.The shearing assembly is

composed of shearing slider and shearing cylinder. They are installed in the sliding

groove of gantry structure and move up and down under the action of shearing

cylinder. The shearing material with the same shearing growth is pushed out by the

feeding head of shearing tank. The contact surface between slider and chute is

equipped with replaceable wear-resistant strip or liner, which can be replaced after

wear to prolong service life. In addition, two side pressure cylinders are installed on

the side of the gantry shears for lateral extrusion, so as to cut the social material into

the furnace material that meets the specifications.

material box. It is used to undertake materials and install the feeding head.The feeding

pressure head moves in the feeding tank under the action of the feeding cylinder for

shearing.The feeding length can be adjusted according to the burden requirement.

③Electrical System

The electric system consists of the main circuit of the motor, the starting and

stopping control circuit of the motor and the input and output control circuit of the

PLC.

Digital stepless display and precise control

The stepless setting of various displacement parameters can be accomplished

by the touch screen of the console.

④Hydraulic Power System

The hydraulic power system is composed of hydraulic tank, hydraulic pump

station, valve station and hydraulic pipeline system. It is the central control system of

the main engine. According to functional logic, different pipelines are connected

together. Its function is to provide energy for the operation of shearing cylinder,

pressure cylinder, side pressure cylinder, feeding cylinder, pressure head cylinder and

other executing parts.

The tank level can be observed locally or displayed on the operating table.

The hydraulic system consists of hydraulic oil tank, hydraulic pump station, valve

station and hydraulic pipeline system. It is the central control system of the main

engine.

⑥Cooling System

The working hydraulic oil of the machine is cooled by an automatic circulating

water cooling system.

The equipment of automatic circulating water cooling system consists of oil pump

and motor, plate heat exchanger, pipeline pump and motor, fan cooling circulating

water tower, pipeline and connecting flange.

When the oil temperature of the automatic circulating water cooling system of

working hydraulic oil reaches 50 C, the temperature sensor installed on the tank tank

controls the automatic start-up operation of the circulating water cooling device.

When the oil temperature decreases by 25 C, the operation of the circulating water

cooling system stops.

⑦Lubricating System

The lubrication mode of heavy scrap shears is the fully automatic centralized

lubrication mode of thin oil lubrication on the running friction surface between the

2.2 Electrical Control System

The electric control cabinet centralizes all the main control devices. All the

operating devices of the machine are centralized on the control panel, including all

the operation buttons, touch screen and alarm.

The electric control system of this machine is equipped with Mitsubishi series

PLC program controller, switching module, analog module, and a variety of sensors.

Logical control of solenoid valve, pressure and displacement control of cylinder,

monitoring control of oil temperature and oil level, signal display and alarm are

realized. The touch screen is used to set various parameters and monitor the running

status of each cylinder of the machine.

The electrical control of the machine refuses to have Schneider general power

switch with rated current of 1000A, which is used as short circuit protection for the

whole electrical equipment. The closing and opening operations are all electric

operation, which can be controlled by the operation button on the cabinet and the

operation button on the console. Each motor is short-circuit and overload protected

by circuit breaker and thermal relay. Starting mode of oil pump motor is star

triangle. Starting mode of each motor is interlocked, that is, when one motor is not

started, another motor will not start at the same time, thus reducing the impact of

motor starting current on the grid. When each motor trips or overloads, it will give

an alarm signal. The fault information can be seen on the touch screen for staff to

check and repair.

The control system of the shearing machine integrates the fabrication and

laying of an electric control cabinet group, a control console, each tap box and the

cylinder stroke transmission device of the main engine, the electric circuit laying of

the power department and the installation and laying of the interconnection control

circuit of each part.

Electrical control cabinet group: A. Inlet power cabinet, which provides

protection for the whole low-voltage system of the shears, adopts Schneider's

intelligent frame circuit breaker. The circuit breaker is in three-dimensional

arrangement, the contact system and the operating mechanism are all installed on

the iron frame. There are "split" and "close" instructions and manual "split" and

"close" buttons. Circuit breakers are equipped with shunt trippers and under-voltage

trippers. The circuit breaker is safe and reliable in use, with high cost performance

and stable power supply to the equipment. B. Power cabinet, bearing the control of

oil pump motor set, clear and reasonable layout is the basis of design, simple and

clear circuit to create more convenience for later maintenance, components using

Schneider brand, according to motor power size, select suitable circuit breaker,

contactor, and corresponding overload protection, overcurrent protection device,

more reliable to ensure the operation of equipment. C. Core unit PLC cabinet, using

Mitsubishi FX3U series PLC, with excellent quality, reasonable design and

long-term continuous production is our purpose. High-performance PLC with high

speed, capacity, performance and powerful function is conducive to real-time grasp

of the operation status of equipment.

Operator centralizes all specific operations and signal feedback, integrates

motor start-stop, automatic/manual real-time switching, automatic control of

equipment, automatic control of ancillary equipment, automatic control of operation,

automatic control of hydraulic station, management control and other functions.

When the automatic control system can not run automatically because of external

conditions, it also has the function of manual control to ensure the stable operation

of equipment under the condition of manual control.

3.5 Describe of Equipment Junction Point

Design Junction Point:

(1) The bidder is responsible for the design of scrap steel hydraulic shears and the

design of equipment installation drawings (including loads).

(2) The tenderer is responsible for site planning and design, and the construction

drawings of equipment and infrastructure (including power supply, water supply,

lighting, ventilation, grounding, lightning protection, noise reduction, drainage, etc.).

4.1General Requirements

The equipment has complete function, advanced technology, and can meet

4.2Structural Requirements

The structure of the equipment is convenient for daily maintenance (such as

refueling, tightening, etc.). The parts of the equipment adopt advanced and

reliable manufacturing technology, and have good surface geometry and

suitable tolerance coordination.

The lubrication part is well sealed and no oil leakage is allowed.

4.3 Requirements for Distribution Equipment

Outsourcing matching selection of domestic and foreign first-line brands,

energy-saving advanced products, and production license and production

inspection certificate, Hubei Lidi foreign purchased components and materials

to test, and its quality, performance is responsible.

Parts that are easy to wear, corrode, age or need to be adjusted, inspected or

4.4Special Requirements For Hydraulic Scrap Shear and Its

Hydraulic systems and components must be cleaned before assembling.

9.1 Quality Performance of the Equipment

Our company has been certified by ISO 9001 international quality system, and

promises that the quality of equipment produced and sold will meet the technical

agreement requirements in the contract, and the relevant environmental protection

responsible for the design, manufacture, installation, commissioning and

9.2 Pre-sale Service

9.3 Quality Assurance 、Personnel Training and After-sale Service

(1) Equipment warranty: The free warranty period of the equipment is 12 months

from the date of passing the acceptance and acceptance. During the warranty period,

Party B shall be responsible for the free repair or replacement of the equipment in

case of damage caused by design, material, process or structural errors.

(2) Personnel training: Our company's relevant technical personnel conduct

theoretical training to users in order to understand the working principle and nature of

the equipment structure and eliminate general failures; after debugging of the

equipment, on-site practical training will be conducted to provide guidance and

demonstration to users, so as to achieve the ability of practical routine operation,

disassembly and assembly of parts, and elimination of general failures.

(3)After-sales service (for domestic): Party B must provide solutions within 8

hours after receiving the fax repair notice from Party A; if it confirms the need for

dispatch, it must arrive at the scene in 72 hours. During the warranty period, Party B

shall provide the fragile spare parts and list to Party A for urgent replacement.

(4)After-sales service (for foreign countries): If the equipment fails, the user

needs to provide us with photos of the equipment failures, after confirmation, we can

give the maintenance plan. If the failure is not serious, we can contact the user

through the network or telephone to guide its maintenance; if the failure is serious, we

need our personnel to go to the site to repair, then the corresponding travel expenses

(including road and working hours) will be borne by Party B.

10. Installation of HeavyScrap Shear

1. According to the basic data in the basic map of heavy and waste shear provided by us, users

can design and build a good foundation according to the actual geological conditions of

their production site.

According to the basic embedding drawings provided by us, the users should

make the embedding parts by themselves and bury them together when building

the foundation.

2.According to the instructions for the use of heavy and waste shears provided by

us, the adjusting pad drawings are made by the users themselves, and the quantity can

be determined according to the actual situation of the foundation.

(1)Install Program:

A. Installation procedure of main engine (installation sequence of majorcomponents)

Each dismantled pipeline is connected with each other according to the position

and direction shown in the general machine drawing. The high-pressure circuit is

welded with thick-walled seamless steel pipe and flange, and the low-pressure oil

return circuit is welded with fluid-conveyed steel pipe and flange.

The lubrication system is composed of thin steel pipe and pipe joint, which are

connected to scissors sliding seat and pressing head according to position.

The pipeline between heat exchanger and cooling tower is PVC pipeline and PVC

flange thermal adhesive, which can be connected with each other.

(2)The required lifting equipment capacity for installation:

A. After signing the formal contract, the user can get a complete set of technical data

for the installation of foundation and facilities.

B. When installing and disassembling hydraulic equipment, its interior must be kept

clean and not wiped with cotton yarn.

C. Installation surface of each hydraulic component shall not have defects such as

component deformation and valve core stuck.

Among them, 8.8 level is used for the connection between general parts, 10.9 grade

is mainly used for the connection between the flange of the cylinder head and the

bottom of the cylinder and the installation of the cylinder.

E. Sealing fillers such as fibers and putty should not be used, because these materials

will cause pollution and work failure.

F. Pipeline must be cleaned before assembly, and acid cleaning is recommended to

remove dust, rust and chips from the inner wall of the pipe. Do not wipe the inner

wall of the pipe with cotton yarn during cleaning.

G. When installing the tubing, the tubing shall be free from distortion and other

deformation to prevent oil leakage at the joint of the tubing.

H. When installing the cylinder, it is necessary to ensure that there is no residual

radial stress in the piston rod of the cylinder, so as to avoid working failure and

premature wear.

İ. Installation of electrical equipment must pay attention to the following situations.

Voltage fluctuation of solenoid valves and pressure switches should not exceed (+5%)

under continuous use, and grounding should be reliable.

(4)Installation Accuracy of HeavyScrap Shear:

The installation accuracy of heavy scrap shears mainly concentrates on three parts:

main body, material bed and clearance between upper and lower scissors.

A. Main Body Installation Accuracy

Horizontal plane of front, rear and left sides should be leveled to less than

0.5/1000mm.

B. Installation Accuracy of Feeding Bed

The clearance between the front end of the bed and the main body fitting surface is

less than 0.05 mm; the left and right level of the bed bottom is less than 0.5 mm, and

the level before and after the bed is adjusted to less than 0.3 mm.

C. Clearance between upper and lower blades

The clearance between upper blade and lower blade of heavy waste scissors is

generally adjusted to 0.35-0.85 mm. (Installation structure of guide rail of scissors

slide seat and upper and lower blades of fuselage can be seen in figs. 9, 10 and 11 of

the appendix)

11. Maintenance of HeavyScrap Shear

11.1 Safety Operation

1.1 No one is allowed to enter the computer room or operating room without

permission.

1.2 No ineligible person is allowed to operate the machine.

1.3 All staff members should consciously abide by the rules and regulations of the

machine to prevent accidents.

1.4 After pressing the emergency stop button, the key control switch is still on.

1.5 At the end of the work, the pressure head and scissors sliding seat should be

lowered to the lowest position, the feeding slider should be returned to the position,

and the cover should be closed in place. To ensure safety.

11.2 Daily Maintenance

(1) Check oil level in main tank and Lubricating Tank.

(2) Check oil temperature in main tank.

(3) Check the pressure of hydraulic system.

Maximum working pressure 35 MPa.

(4) Check leakage of cylinder and pipeline.

(5) Check the distance between the induction limit switch and the moving parts

controlled by it, and pay attention to removing the dry flexible objects, such as

scrap steel sheets, which may fall into it.

(6) Check and confirm that the upper and lower blades are firmly installed.

(7) Check blade usage and wear. (Users can judge by the blade edge wear inspection

chart, as shown in Figure 12 attached)

(8) Check and confirm that the scissors sliding seat is unimpeded in its motion range.

(9) Check to make sure that the moving parts are not stuck by waste materials.

(10) Check and confirm that the sliding guide of scissors is in good lubrication

condition.

(11) Check whether the guide rail of the tool pad and scissors sliding seat is firmly

installed and damaged, and update it in time if necessary.

(12) Check whether the parts of the head cylinder, feeding cylinder, rotating

movement part of the head and feeding slider are normal or not.

(13) Check whether the feed bed head cylinder stroke control transmitter and

induction switch are normal.

(14) During operation, the operator should always pay attention to the system pressure

displayed by the pressure gauge on the console. The maximum pressure should

not exceed 35 MPa.

(15) Before each shift of heavy scrap shear is operated, proper amount of dilute

lubricant shall be injected into the oil cup of the rotating moving part of the cover

shaft and the connecting part between the cover cylinder and the cover.

11.3 Weekly Maintenance

(1) Check the oil filter and clean it if necessary.

(2) Check whether the position of pump, valve and cylinder is correct. If

translocation occurs, it should be corrected in time.

(3) Check the reliability of each important thread connection and tighten it again if

necessary. For example, the connection between heavy waste shear frame and

material bed, the connection between scissors slide seat, pressing head and piston

rod, the connection between cylinder head flange and bottom and cylinder body,

the connection between left and right guide rail and frame.

11.4 Annual Maintenance

11.4.1 Adding new lubricants to motor shaft bearings according to the lubrication

charts and tables in Volume 2.

11.4.2 Check the degree of contamination of hydraulic oil and its anti-wear ability.

11.4.3 Clean the air filter on the main tank and add hydraulic oil.

11.4.4 Check the oil filter and observe the sediment in the filter. When there are more

black objects, check the cylinder seals and replace them if necessary.

11.5 Overhaul and Maintenance

Check the wear and repair condition of the machine. If necessary, the user can

contact the manufacturer and the manufacturer can complete the work.

11.6 Blade Changing and Blade Clearance

11.6.1In one of the following cases, the blade must be replaced or the blade must be

replaced:

a. The edge of the blade caved badly.

b. Excessive wear of cutting edge makes it difficult to adjust the clearance between

upper and lower blades.

c. After each edge has been used and bluntly ground, new blades must be replaced.

It must be noted that excessive wear of blade edges can cause the danger of

beingstuck while the machine is running. Once this happens, the shear slider, the left

and right guide rail seat, and even the whole heavy scrap shear frame will be seriously

damaged.

11.6.2 Replacement of blades or edges shall be carried out in the following order:

a. Manually raise the pressure head and scissors sliding seat, locate the position of

safety pin, insert safety pin, and light the safety pin signal on the console。

b. Cut off the power switch。

c. Place the "Maintenance in progress, no startup" language warning board in the

position of the console.

d. Remove blade。

e. Check whether the insert bolt, positioning sleeve and tool pad are damaged. The

protruding parts and burrs of the tool pad should be thoroughly removed. The

damaged parts must be replaced.

f. When the blade edge is replaced, the protrusions on each side of the blade must be

thoroughly removed

g. When installing the blade, tighten the nut gently, confirm that the blade is installed

correctly, then tighten the nut reliably.

h. Manual operation makes the shearing slider and pressing slider rise successively。

i. Safety pins for pull-out scissors sliding seat and pressing head.

Special Note:

There are six upper and lower blades used in the waste shears with the same structure

and size, which can be interchanged.

11.6.3Inspection of clearance between upper and lower blades

a. The minimum clearance between upper and lower blades shall not be less than

0.5mm, and the maximum clearance shall be determined by the thickness and density

of the material to be sheared after the action of the pressing slider, generally not less

than 1 mm.

b. Gap measurement should be taken at several positions of the blade's entire width.

c. While checking the clearance of the blade, the clearance between the slide seat of

scissors and the left and right guide seat should also be checked.

d. Adjustment of clearance between upper and lower blades.

e. If necessary, please contact the manufacturer of heavy scrap shears.

12. Safe Operation Regulations

In addition to abiding by local laws and regulations and the rules and regulations of

the enterprise, equipment operation, maintenance and management personnel should

pay attention to the following matters:

The operator must operate the machine or monitor the work of the machine

in the operating room.

When the operator leaves the operating room, he must shut down and lock

the console.

When the operator comes out of the operating room, he should contact the

operator of the loading crane at least visually, preferably with a dialog machine.

Operating rooms and computer rooms must be closed during non-working

hours.

No unauthorized person shall enter the operating room or machine room.

When the machine works, the unrelated personnel are not allowed to enter

the work site at will, let alone stay on the site. When someone (such as an agreed

visitor) is in a dangerous position on the site, the machine must stop or partially stop

working, including the loading crane.

The power supply voltage of each pressure switch and induction switch is

24V. Please pay attention to safety during loading and unloading. The grounding part

should keep good grounding.

After the replacement of blades or other operations are completed, the safety

pins of the sliding seat and the pressing head of scissors must be pulled out
