High performance ice makers with mobile storage bin (ice transport system) for theproduction of ice cubes and crushed ice. The daily ice-making capacity is 126 kg or240 kg respectively. The ideal solution if the location of the ice maker and the place ofuse of the ice cubes or crushed ice are spatially separated from each other. The icecubes or the crushed ice are stored both in the temporary storage bin and in the icetransport cart. Using the ice transport cart, the ice cubes can be transported quicklyand conveniently to the place of use (e.g. cooling counters). ccessoriesccessories Shovel for hygienic removal of ice cubes, crushed ice and ice flakes from the storage bin of ice mak-ers. The protection on the handgrip ensures that the hands do not contact the ice during the extrac-tion. The handle bar protects hands and fingers from injuries on frozen ice. Ideally the ice shovel iskept on or close to the ice maker in the corresponding protection holder with drip protection. Theprotection holder can be attached temporarily on the icemaker using holder or suction cups or per-manently with screws on the wall. The removable protection holder and the shovel are dishwash-er safe and can be easily and thoroughly cleaned mechanically or by hand, which guarantees ahigh level of hygiene.

The Z 2000 L / W ice cube makers produce up to 800 kg of hollow ice cubes per day. They can becombined with the B 750 storage bin for the manual withdrawal of the ice cubes. The Z 2005 L / W ice cube makers produce up to 800 kg of hollow ice cubes per day. They can becombined with the D 705 / D 1005 / D 2005 dispensers for the storage and automatic filling of icecubes. Dispensers with different specifications and performances are available. Several Z 2005 L/Wice cube makers can be installed on a dispenser in order to increase the output.
