It’s made of alumina in hemisphere shape embedded in
special rubber and backed with rubber & steel plates. The
hemisphere design make it very effective to reduce to
impact of materials as well as maintain the good wear-
resistance. It’s a ideal solution to protect equipment in
the field of strong impact & wear by big block materials,
such as chutes, hoppers, buckets and silos in sectors of
mining, cement, steel plants and ports.

KINGCERA the power to resist wear
Wear liners comprise of alumina ceramic tiles, moulded in a high tensile strength
natural rubber matrix, and mounted on steel backing plates. All rubber ceramic
liners are hot vulcanized together using specialized equipment which provides a
bond strength that exceeds the tensile strength of the natural rubber matrix. As a
result the ceramics will remain in the rubber matrix, offering consistent wear
protection across the entire life of the liner.
Easy adaptation into existing
installations is achieved with the
modular liner layout comprising of
standard sizes and studs welded to a
6mm steel backing plate, or to other
thickness plates as requested. This
steel backing plate provides rigidity
for easy replacement and standard
sized liners are produced for
convenience.
Application:
• Deflectors/Impact plates
• Chutes
• Bins/Hoppers
• Skirt liners
• Stackers & Reclaimers

As a leading wear-resistant ceramic manufacturer, we’re the first and only
developer of ZTA liner (Zirconia-toughened alumina) in China.
As we know, alumina ceramic is 8 to 10
times higher on wear resistance than
metal plates. Based on the practical test
on some giant mines in Australia, our ZTA
liner is proven to be nearly 2.5 times
higher than Alumina liners. Such excellent
anti-wear ability makes ZTA the ideal
material to protect the equipment
wherever suffering the extreme wear
particularly in power plants, cement
plants, mines , ports and etc.
By using the ZTA, equipment life time is
largely extended and the costly
downtime for maintenance is avoid.
