Our desire was to create a unique & exciting environment where the

young & old, singles, couples & families could enjoy the finer & simpler

things in life. Our goal was to provide a variety of exceptional food,

cocktails & amazing desserts to become a new attraction in the heart

of Liverpool.

We want our customers to have incredible lunches, dinners in a

tranquil & superior space which has been fitted out with the most

spectacular bar in Liverpool & enjoy an environment where beverages

are a cut above the rest & food is something people talk over. The

drama & theater in the dining space imitates the image we want

Liverpool to have. Our meticulously planned modern Australian menu
