STANDING HEARING OFFICER'S ACTION:

Duke Energy Progress, LLC ("DEP") has requested that it be allowed to provide noticefollowing the procedure authorized in Standing Hearing Oflicer Directive No. 2019-15-H,dated February 13, 2019 issued in Docket No. 2018-319-E. That directive allowed DEC toprovide notice of three night hearings by using the Company's automated calling systemand by providing notice on the Company's website. DEP has requested approval of asimilar method of giving notice of the two night hearings for its rate case. The calls wouldgo to all customers in DEP service territory in South Carolina, the message would list bothnight hearings and the calls would be completed by March 1,2019. The script that DEPproposes to use is the following:
