wa hubba man yuhibbuka, wal-'amalalladhi yuballighuni hubbaka.

ma'il-baridi

kaffir 'Annaa sayyi-atinaawatawaffanaa ma'Aal-abraar

Our Lord, so forgive us our sins andremove from us our misdeeds andcause us to die with the righteous.

Surah Aal-'Imran (3:193)

Rabb-ij‛alnee muqeem-aṣ-ṣalaaati wamin dhurriyyatee rabbanaa wa

O my Lord! make me one whoestablishes Salah (regular Prayer), andalso (raise such) among my offspring.

O our Lord! and accept my Prayer.

Surah Ibrahim (14:40)

"My Lord! I seek refuge with You fromthe whisperings (suggestions) of the

Shayatin (devils), And I seek refuge withYou, My Lord! lest they may attend (or

come near) me."

Surah Al-Mu'minoon (23:97)

"Our Lord, indeed we have heard a callercalling to faith, [saying], 'Believe in yourLord,' and we have believed. So forgiveus our sins, Our Lord, and remove fromus our misdeeds and and make us die

the death of the righteous."Surah Aal-'Imran (3:193)

Astaghfirullaa-hal-ladhee laa ilaha illaahuwal-ḥayyul-qayyoomu wa atoobu

ilayh'I seek Allah’s forgiveness, besides

Whom, none has the right to beworshipped except He, The Ever Living,The Self-Subsisting and Supporter of all,

and I turn to Him in repentance.'

…Allah would forgive him even if hewas one who fled during the advance

of an army.”

At-Tirmidhi - Hadith No. 3577

The Messenger of Allah (peace andblessings of Allah be upon him) said,

O Allah, I seek refuge with You from

deprivation of Your blessing, alteration ofYour protection, sudden infliction of Your

anger, and all Your wrath.

Muslim - Hadith No. 2739

severe calamity, and from misery to fallupon me, and from a bad fate and from

the malice of [my] enemies.

worry, grief, incapacity, laziness,cowardice, miserliness, the heavy burdenof debt and from being overcome by men

O Allah, give my soul piety and purify it,for indeed You are the best of those who

can purify it, You are its Guardian andMaster.

Allaahumma in-ni a‛oodhu bika min‛ilmin laa yanfa‛, wa min qalbin laa

yakh-sha‛, wa min naf-sin laa tashba‛,wa min du‛wat-in laa yustajaabu laha

O Allah, I seek refuge with You from

knowledge that does not benefit, from aheart that does not get humbled [toAllah], from a soul which is never

satisfied and from a supplication whichdoes not get answered.
