As the price depends on a number of elements (size, print run, colours, stock and any other services you need, scoring, creasing, embossing, die-cutting, envelopes and so on) we can give you an accurate estimate of costs and options once we have talked to you.

LETTERPRESS

GETTING STARTED We begin with a free, no obligation meeting to discuss your ideas and requirements. If you can make it to our office we can meet face to face. If you are in another part of the country or overseas, it works fine over the phone or by email – the choice is yours. If you decide to go ahead with our service, you pay your deposit and we put together a first draft.If you would like to order a sample from our existing range, a small fee of $15 per invitation will incur.

DEPOSITA $100 deposit is required before work begins on your design.The deposit is non-refundable but will be deducted from the final cost of the job.

PROOFINGOnce we have received the deposit, we will send you through the first draft which will have up to 4 design options using different fonts, designs and layouts. A further 3 sets of proofs are complimentary; subsequent revisions will incur a cost of $25 (including GST) each. It is your responsibility to proof read very carefully. Upon your approval of the main design, we will proceed to coordinate all the other pieces of your stationery around this. Once you have given your final sign-off we will proceed to printing and assembly.

EXTRA COSTSIf you require drafts, mock-ups, materials or your finished stationery to be sent to you by post, you will incur the cost of the postage. We prefer to send finished stationery out by courier, as we do not take responsibility for any loss or damage once it has left our site. You can collect it if you would prefer. We are happy to send materials and mock-ups to you as the job progresses, but we reserve the right to charge you for these. GUEST NAMESIf you would like your guests names printed inside the invitations ratherthan writing them yourself, this will incur a one off fee of $40 (plus GST). TIMINGOur wedding invitations generally take between 3 – 4 weeks to complete.
