• on 31 July 2014, after start up, crossover line No.6 was leaked on elbow at F-2101.• On 1 august 2014 another elbow on crossover line No.6 was leaked again.• On site, we found blemish of crude .

• firstly, we created “elbow clamping spool “ in fabshop and bring it to site in order to clamped a leaked-elbow. Unfortunately, “elbow clamping spool” doesn’t match with a leaked-elbow so we have to modify it on site

• on assumption in excel “crossover line was leaked at F-2101” that is attached with PPT. we found that crossover line No.6 dosen’t angle 90’ that same elbow on site.
