HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLSThe following protocols were established by the organizing committee for the Women’s Alpine Skiing World Cup in Courchevel, working closely with Fédération Internationaledu Ski, Fédération Française de ski, and local (Savoie Prefecture and the mayor’s office in Courchevel) health authorities in France.

To date, the protocol guidelines are as follows:

❖ Limit as much physical contact and interaction as possible by establishing sanitarybubbles.

❖ A sealed off race area with very strict health and safety protocols.

❖ Adhere to physical distancing protocols and protective measures everywhere.

❖ Wearing a mask is required at all times, in every area both indoors and outside.

❖ A policy of using nasal RT-PCR tests for the RED bubble

TESTING POLICY for RED BUBBLE

❖ Strict adherence to Health Ministry and ARS protocols.

❖ 1 nasal RT-PCR test required less than 72 hours before the start of the event foranyone going to the event location to pick up their accreditation.

❖ Health pass (Greenpass) and RT-PCR test must be uploaded on the FIS PASSPORTSYSTEM.

❖ The organizing committee recommends that all people working at the eventdownload the TOUSANTICOVID mobile app.

❖ Members of the red bubble must respect these rules :

❖ Present a negative PCR test dated less than 72 hours before the accreditation is delivered

❖ Wear their accreditation at all time❖ Wear a FFP2 mask (mandatory inside, highly recommended outside)❖ Respect the basic principles (distancing, hand-washing, transparency…)

❖ Teams housed on the same floor, access to the hotel’s amenities using the stairs (to avoid elevators), try to keep the teams separate from the hotel’s other guests

❖ Maintain appropriate distancing between twin beds❖ If possible, a separate and specific entrance for the team❖ An additional cleaning / disinfection schedule before their arrival❖ Do not clean rooms when the team members are present (avoid all contact with

house keeping personnel)❖ Make isolation rooms available if needed❖ Specific time for meal dedicated to teams, to avoid contact with other guests❖ Prepare dining room before the team arrive

To get accredited,

you need to:

1. Present the results:

❖ For a nasal RT-PCR test >0 test conducted within 72 hours of arrival at the venue

2. Fill out the FIS questionnaire.

The results must appear in one’s FIS PASSPORT 12 hours before the accreditation retrieval area opens for

the race sanitary bubble so that the COVID-19 medical coordinator can review and approve them. The

accreditation retrieval times will be sent later by email by the race office to the Team Captain.
