Distance between 2 Shelves is adjustable as per requirement


The distance between shelves of this Dehumidifying Dry Storage Cabinet is adjustable as per requirement of stored articles. The Cabinet uses track design with detachable clamps to adjust the distance in steps of 2.54 mm. To adjust the distance, just lift the shelf to detach all the clamps. Fix the clamps again at required positions and place the shelf back on the clamps.

This is a dehumidifying cabinet and not humidity generator. inside humidity %RH level can never be achieved beyondambient humidity level for this reason. incase higher humidity is to be set, customer need to buy Humidity Chamber..

This is not a temperature cycling chamber, does not have forced heating and also refrigeration type cooling. For this reason, temperature can not be set and can not be controlled; displays ambient temperature as is inside the Cabinet.

articles to Cabinet and stored maintains the sethumidity with repeated process

Exhaustion Stage: Valves are closed inward andopened outward in order to exhaust moisture fromsaturated desiccators to atmosphere outside thedehumidifying dry cabinet

Desiccant technology uses highly porous crystalline material belonging toalumino silicates class, called Zeolite. Zeolite desiccant is refreshed bycontrolled heating and allows the trapped moisture in it to escape thru thevents located at the back side of the Cabinet. Once Zeolite desiccantmaterial is refreshed thru heating, it seals off the back side vents andopens to the interior side for dehumidification to set level as programmed.The dehumidification level inside is continuously compared to the presetlevel till it achieves the desired RH level. Zeolite material

Re-heating of the Zeolite desiccant material starts only when the humidity inside the cabinet exceeds the absorption capacity of Zeolite drying material. Normally the re-generation of the Zeolite desiccant material thru just 8 minutes

heating, suffices for many weeks of dehumudification process.


Why user does not need any installation and operation training ?

This Dehumidifying Dry Storage Cabinet merely needs Mains AC Power Supply switching ON. User need to set%RH level as he wants from the front panel. The Cabinet will start working. Few points worth practicing are:.

If 50%RH, it is set at it is set at then actual value will be within 47%RH & 53%RH. For this reason user never needs lower than 1%RH step settings.

Model DSSLF is a alue- or- oney (VFM) Soldering Station with intelligent features as supervisor can program 120 V F Mtwo most commonly used production process temperatures for instant recalling during operation. He can also lock limits of temperature range (i.e if he sets mode 01 or 11 for upper temperature limit of 400°C, operator cannot solder beyond that temperature). It displays both SET temperature and ACTUAL temperatures simultaneously. It also has in-built digital temperature offset calibration feature to meet ISO 9000 requirements. Unique integrated design of Soldering Tip, Barrel and complete encasing of Metallic Heating Element, provides reliable soldering joints with higher production rate.

Main Power Control Unit also has EMI & & Surge Suppression Filter to suppress transients of mains power line.
