2' Admissions to Post Diploma in Industrial safety shall be made according to the merit rank drawn on the basis ofmarks secured by a candidate in the qualifying examination through web based e-counseling.3 Appf ication fee for Centratised Admissio n 2011-1g :

The candidate has to make payment of application fee (Non-Refundable) amounting to (i) Rs.3o0/- (Rupees ThreeHundred) only during verification of documents at the Nodal centre.4 Original certificates, mark sheets and other documents will be verified at the time of counseling with respect toerigibirity, category and reservation that a candidate is craiming.5' The claim of admission will be rejected if a candidate does not appear personally and submit the certificates, marksheets, other necessary documents at the time of Counseling.6' The admission may be cancelled at any time if certificate / mark sheet / any other documents are found to beforged or manipulated.

So it rs necessary that a safety officer shourdpossess appropriate qualification and required exposure in live environment in order to discharge desired duties andshoulder responsibility to ensure risk free environment in work prace. In order to facilitate recruitment of the pass-out students in different Industries/ organizations through offcampusi in campus' Training & Placement cel l has been established in each Insti tute. Further a central pracementcell at Directorate of rechnical Education & Training, cuttack is functioning to faciritate pracement in various centrar/state Govt Departments' PSUs and other establishments. post Diproma Industriar Safety pass outs are beingemployed with attractive salary and perks.
