slbjects for any group. the groriping arangement macle by the Principal shoulel be

intimat.ed to the External Examiners and Controller of Examinations at least two weeks

beferre the eommencement of Practic-al Examinations. 'I'he Practical Examinatrons are tn be

concluetecl only within the dates mentionec{ in this programme and on the lixecl dates

announeerl by the Principals. In case of violation of stipulated clates the Council reserves

the right to withhold or cancei ihe result. Principals are also required to submit the

Practical marks and Irractieal scripts in the Council within 7 (seven) days of cornpletion of

Practical Exarninations. .fhe Examiners of Practical Examination should submit the mark

foils ancl seripts to the Frincipal as soon as the Practical Eramination is over. In e ase the

Principals do ncit get the marks/scripts within the stipulateetr periotl; they rnust intimate

this to the Cotineil.Date of subniission of valued scripts/mark foils etc. of Practical

Further, it has eome to the notice of the Council that the External Examiners so

appointed by the Council are not intimated by some'Prineipals in time regardingeonduct of practical Examinations on scheduled dates and other substitute ExternalExaminers are appointed in their place" When External Exarniners fail to turn up withsufficient grounds, the Principals/ Centre Superintendents can appoint ExternalExaminers with prior permission of the Controller of Examinations.
