Log-in

Log-in and permissions are set in line with a user’s website profile. All corporate members have permission to:• Publish event dates as either a

tentative or confirmed event;• View other corporates confirmed

event dates; • View / share with corporates

tentative event dates through a Chat function;

• Subscribe to follow companies;• Receive notifications / email alerts

for new dates published by companies users follow.

Calendar Time Zones

Via websiteThe default time zone for the Corporate IR Calendar is Australia / Sydney. You can change this to display in your local current time. If you chose to do this, all events are automatically converted to the local current time of the time zone you have selected.

Eg: An event published at 11.00am Pacific / Auckland time will be viewed at 8.00am where someone has their time zone set as Australia / Sydney.

Calendar User Functionality

Functionality to publish events via email, via webform and compare dates

The menu provides the option to:• View the Calendar in either

calendar view or list view• Manage event publishing /

approval• Share event information via chat • Subscribe to follow companies• Receive event notifications

• Update a user profile / add a user image

Add an Event: Website via Webform

Step 1Click the Pencil Tool

Step 2Complete the Online Event Form

Step 3Click Submit

Publish / Unpublish Events:Website Version

All events are automatically approved and published to the calendar. Should you wish to unpublish an event (without deleting it), you will need to:

Step 1Click “Event” from the side menu bar –select APPROVED

Step 3Click ”Unapproved” Please note, if you make a change to the event information during this process, you will need to click Save then click edit and approve.

Step 2Find the event you would like to “UNPUBLISH” and Click “EDIT”

Publish / Unpublish Events:Mobile VersionAn event needs to be approved / unapproved before it is published / unpublished to / from the calendar.

Delete / Change an Event:Website Version

Step 1Click “Event” from the side menu bar –selectAPPROVED

Step 2Find the event you wish to Delete and Click “Delete”. If you wish to Edit the Event Click “EDIT”.

Step 3Swipe Left on the Event untilthe “delete” button displays.Click “delete”. If you wish to edit the Event Click “Edit”.

This functionality is currently being developed – this is a mock design only.

Security

SSL in placeEncrypting data so that the it can only be accessed by the intended party.

• Only authenticated users can login / access the platform either via the app or website.

• Authenticated users require authorisation (managed by AIRA) to determine what level of information the user can access.

• This level of security ensures the site is protected from bots scraping data. See consideration below.

Log-in Authentication

Consideration: to avoid registered users being able to scrape data we may wish to consider using CAPTCHA or having other techniques / options beyond the application development for data scrapping protection i.e. IP reputation and logs monitoring (behaviour based analysis).
