Inert gas box- the inert gas box allows you to operate the Heidolph Synthesis at temperatures below freezing point withoutexperiencing icing on the reaction block due to atmospheric moisture.

Hei-VAP SeriesFor your safety:- two independent safety circuits protect the heating bath from overheating: If bathtemperature overshoots by 5ºC and if the water bath runs dry, the heating will be switched off automatically- if mains power fails, all motor lift models will remove the flask from the heating bath preventing potential thermaldamage to your substances or safety hazards

- the guard hood covers the entire bath completely, even if the heating bath is moved across to its most extreme limit- to prevent short-circuits and systematic corrosion, all Hei-VAP Heating baths comply with the highest protectionclass: IP67

Syringe filters Chromafil®Chromafil® filters are available with pore sizes of 0.2 and 0.45 µm (exceptions: PETfilters have 1.2 ìm, glass fibre filters have 1 µm) and filter sizes of 25, 15 and 3 mmdiameter. The small diameter filters are especially recommended for very small samples, which require extremely lowdead volumes.SpecificationsThe membrane housing consists of polypropylene (PP). This material is very resistant towards most solvents and hasa very low extractable substances content. Syringeless filters Mini-UniPrep™The Whatman Mini-UniPrep™ filter provide a quick and easy means of removing particlesfrom HPLC samples. In comparison to other methods the amount of time required forsample preparation is reduced to one third. Mini-Uni-Prep™ is a ready-to-use filter unit consisting of a 0.4 ml chamberand a plunger. The plunger contains a filtration membrane at one end and a cap with septum at the other. Theplunger is pressed through the sample in the chamber. The pressure generated forces the filtrate into the plungerreservoir, with air escaping through the vent hole until the locking mechanism engages to form an airtight seal. Theunit can now be placed in any autosampler and the sample analysed. Alternatively the sample can also be removedmanually with a suitable syringe and injected into the HPLC instrument.

Filtration microplates, UniFilter® 350Filtration device which is easy to insert and ready to use on 96-well microplate formats.Available in well capacities of 350µl, 800µl and 2000µl. Each well has a filter individuallysealed into the base below which runs a unique drip director to accurately deliver the filtrate into the receiving well ofan accessory microplate below with no splashing or cross contamination. A wide range of filter media are offered toallow compatibility with a variety of sample types. The plates are made of polystyrene (PS) for general applicationswith biological samples or glass-fibre reinforced polypropylene (GPP) for organic solutions.The 350µl plates are mainly used for screening large volumes of biological samples and for protein kinase analysis,receptor binding assays and cell immobilistation. 800 and 2000µl plates are used for high throughput screeningsample preparation and clean up.
