    Syarat Teknis Kawasan Pariwisata Daerah Terbangun Maksimum Luasnya Adalah 60 % Untuk Setiap

    Kawasan; (Termasuk Kapling) Menyediakan Ruang Terbuka Hijau Minimal 10 % Dari Luas Kawasan

    Atau Kapling, Terkecuali Pada Kawasan Pariwisata Yang Obyeknya Adalah Wisata Alam (ada aturan tertentu);

    Menyediakan Lahan Parkir Dengan Luas Minimal 10 % Dari LuasKawasan/atau;
