Grace Pre- Operation Diagnosis: Hyperplasia Endometrium + Menometrorrhagia Date of Operation: 2014, 11 th Desember Post- Operation Diagnosis: PID + Hyperplasia Endometrium + Menometrorrhagia Duration of Operation : 20 minutes Technique of Operation : 1. Multilevel Curetage Type of Operation : Elective Minor Polyclinic Medium Emergency Mayor Operation’s Report Operation Procedures: 1. Patient lies in a litotomy position on the operation table. 2. Aseptic and antiseptic is done on the external and internal genital region and its surrounding areas. 3. The sims speculum is placed at the posterior and anterior fornix. 4. Portio is clipped with tenaculum forceps and pulled upwards and the anterior sims speculum is taken out. 5. Sondage is done at the uterine cavity and the uterine cavity is in retroflexion position with a length of 8 cm. 6. Curettage is done with a No. 7 curette can enter the uterine cavity sistematically, starting from a 12 o’clock direction and continued clockwise until the sample tissue of endocervix is obtained. 7. Operation Procedures:
1. Patient lies in a litotomy position on the operation table.
