ANALISIS KEWAJARAN TRANSAKSI JASA INTRA-GRUP Lia Kristin Siahaan Riko Riandoko riandoko(£>stan,ac.id Abstrak Salah satu bentuk transaksi transfer pricing pada perusahaan m u l t i n a s i o n a l a d a l a h transaksi jasa. Transaksi jasa intra-grup disebut sebagai alat yang efektif dalam manajemen rantai suplai dan perencanaan p a j a k s e h i n g g a m e n j a d i i s u p e n t i n g b a g i o t o r i t a s p a j a k . Biaya j a s a i n t r a - g r u p dapat dipakai untuk m e n g e c i l k a n p e n d a p a t a n k e n a p a j a k dengan c a r a m e m p e r b e s a r beban atas biaya'jasa. Dalam k e n y a t a a n n y a , d i I n d o n e s i a j u g a t e r j a d i s e n g k e t a d i p e n g a d i l a n p a j a k m e n g e n a i p e m b e b a n a n b i a y a j a s a . There are several case f o u n d i n I n d o n e s i a ' s h i g h c o u r t r e g a r d i n g t h e d e d u c t i b i l i t y of expenses f o r i n t r a - g r o u p s e r v i c e s r e c e i v e d b y c o m p a n i e s r e s i d e n t i n I n d o n e s i a .
