Under section 136 of the Traffic and Road Safety Act, 1998, Act No. 15 of 1998).

Lx exercise of the powers conferred upon the Minister responsible for works, housing and communications by section

36 of the Traffic and Road Safety Act, 1998, this Order is made this 18th day of March, 2003.

1. This Order may be cited as the Traffic and Road Safety Speed ot Motor Vehicle) (Exemption) (No. 2) Order, 2003.

2. A person who drives a motor vehicle and who competes in the 3 da\ s Rally competition organised by the Federation of Motor Sports Club of Uganda (FMU) and Motor Sports African flub (MOSAC). commencing on March 28th and ending on March 30th. 2003 is exempted from the provisions of subsecti ?- > 1 and (2) of section 121 of the Act, for the duration of that rally.
