STEP-2Enter the registered Phone Number and E-mail ID details and then click Send OTP button. An OTP will be sent to the entered E-mail ID.

STEP-4On successful validation of OTP next screen will pop-up where the exporter has to enter the Password which is the combination of first 3 digits of IEC (excluding 0, in case the IEC is preFor Instance in case of exporter M/s. Bhagyam Exports with IEC Code:- 0488006252 and GSTN:-33AAFPD4136P1ZQ, the password will be 4881ZQ. Enter the password and click on Submit Button.

On entering the correct password the system will direct us to the following screen wherein the exporter can view the List of Shipping Bills alongwith pending IGST amount and the error codes against the same.

Step-5On clicking the Error Code a screen will pop-up wherein the procedure for resolution of error will be displayed.

It is pertinent to mention that the web-portal is in draft stage, it is therefore, proposed to remove the IGST amount details from the web-portal once the same is finalized.
