impression, good or bad, is usuallylasting. Buyers generally decide ifthey want to go inside within 20seconds of viewing the external
attractiveness (curb appeal) of yourhouse.
Keep lawn freshly mowed and trimmed
Trim all shrubs and scraggly bushes. Keepshrubbery below level of window to avoid
blockinglight.
Staging
Staging a property helps prospective buyers visualize living there. It finishesthe process you started with the three C’s—clean it up, clear the clutter, and
make cosmetic improvements.
Kitchen Appeal
No room in the house has greater
impact on the buyer than the kitchen.It should sparkle and gleam.
Oven, cook tops and ventilating hoodshould be spotlessly cleaned, inside
and out.
