ALTERATION OF SCHOOL DIVISION BOUNDARIESNo. 011/2001. Pursuant to the powers vested in me by

subsection 54(1) of The Education Act, 1995, and in compliance withsection 357 of the said Act, I hereby order that the boundaries of thefollowing school divisions be altered, effective June 1, 2001, in themanner set forth herein:

Sub-division No. 2 of the Weyburn CentralSchool Division No. 73 of Saskatchewan —

Adding thereto:In Township 10, Range 9, West of the Second Meridian: the

southeast quarter of the section 27;

3 All gas wells drilled to or completed in this pool prior toMay 1, 2001, shall be considered to be drilled on-target as prescribedin section 2.

4 Unless otherwise ordered by the minister, every well shall beflow tested within 3 months after commencement of production in amanner approved by the minister and any such flow tests may bemade in lieu of subsections 73(1) and (2) of The Oil and GasConservation Regulations, 1985.

5 The operator shall have the following logs as a minimumrequirement for gas wells drilled to this pool:

(a) for at least one well per Section, an approved resistivity log orstandard electric log shall be run;

(b) an approved pulsed neutron capture log may be substituted forthe requirements of clause 5(a);

(c) the remaining wells on a Section shall be logged with anapproved radioactivity log, consisting of both natural and inducedradioactivity measurements, or in accordance with clauses 5(a)or (b);

(d) all logs shall be run over the interval from the surface casingshoe to total depth.

6 Unless otherwise ordered by the minister, wells shall be producedaccording to Good Production Practice.

7 Commingling of production from the Milk River Formation andthe Medicine Hat Sand shall be permitted except where the followingconditions apply:

(a) on lands where the Milk River Formation and the Medicine HatSand have a different royalty interest ownership;

(b) where the well density is greater than one well per Section theproduction from the Milk River Formation and the Medicine HatSand shall be segregated in at least one location in every four Sectionsquare;

(c) if water production exceeds that amount of water used forcompletion and stimulation purposes and water of condensation,production shall be stopped immediately and the well converted to asingle formation or dual producer unless it can be demonstrated tothe Department’s satisfaction that corrective procedures have beensuccessful.

RESOLUTION OF WASCANA CENTRE AUTHORITY INENACTMENT OF BYLAWS

RESOLVED pursuant to section 11 of The Wascana Centre Act thatWascana Centre Authority hereby enacts the following amendmentsto its bylaws:

Bylaw 3(e) which reads as follows is repealed:“3(e) permit any domestic animal to be within the centre except

under proper control;”

Bylaw 3B which reads as follows be inserted:“3B The animal control bylaws for the City of Regina, as they may

exist from time to time, shall apply and be enforceable in the centreprovided that the authority or director may, from time to time,suspend (temporarily or for an indefinite period of time) the applicationof those animal control bylaws or certain portions thereof within thecentre or within certain areas or places within the centre, on termsand conditions that the authority or the director, as the case may be,may consider appropriate.”
