More than 150 researchers from different countries, mainly from Turkey and

Russia Federation

According to the UNESCO’s “Atlas of Endangered Languages”, all the Turkic

languages in RF are in danger, except for Tatar.

A majority of the Turkic languages are no longer successfully transmitted

to the following generations as mother tongues.

journal that began its publication life at

the end of 2012.

It is published twice a year as “Fall” and

“Spring” issues.

JofEL allows for original articles on
