College' of Arts, Science & Commerce, Khandola, Marcela I and direct that he shall be entUlea to claim a sum equivalent to the amount of his pay plus allowances for the period of notice i. e .• one month at the same rates at which he was draWing them inunediately before the tennination of his service.

Naik as the Forests Settlement-officer, to inquire into anId d'etermine the existence, nature and extent - of any' rights alleged to exist in favour of any person in or over any land comprised within such limits or in or over .any forests .. -produce and to d~al with the same as provided in Chapter II of the said Act.
