Loi n° 89-15 du 22 aoft 1989 fixant les circonscriptions électorales et le nombre de siéges a pourvoir pour le renouvellement des assemblées populaires communales et des assemblées populaires de wilayas.

Le Président de la République,

Vu la Constitution,

Vu Vordonnance n° 67-24 du 18 janvier 1967,

modifiée et complétée, portant code communal ;

Vu l’ordonnance n° 69-38 du 23 mai 1969, modifiée et complétée, portant code de wilaya ;

Vu la loi n° 89-13 du 7 aodt 1989 portant loi électorale ;

Aprés adoption par I’Assemblée populaire nationale, *

. Promulgue la loi dont la teneur suit :

Article ler. — La présente loi détermine les circonscriptions électorales et fixe le nombre de siéges a pourvoir pour chacune d’elles dans le cadre du renouvellement des assemblées populaires communales et des assemblées populaires de wilayas élues le treize | (13) décembre 1984.

Art. 2. — Pour les prochaines élections des assem- _ blées populaires communales, la circonscription électo-

_ rale est constituée par le territoire de la commune. —-

Le nombre de siéges pour chacune des communes est fixé en annexe.

Art. 3. -— Pour les prochaines élections des assem- blées populaires de wilayas, les circonscriptions électo- rales et le nombre de siéges afférents 4 chacune d’elles sont fixés en annexe.

Art. 4. — La présente loi sera publiée au Journal officiel de la République algérienne démocratique et populaire.
