LICHT MIT CHARAKTER

Die Atmosphäre eines Raumes wird entscheidend

durch das Licht geprägt. Die Einrichtung ist eine

Frage des persönlichen Geschmacks – aber eine

gute Raumwirkung, gerade auch im Bad, lässt sich

nur mit entsprechenden Leuchten erzielen.

Neben der Helligkeit sind zwei Faktoren im

wesentlichen verantworlich für die Lichtwirkung:

die Farbtemperatur und die Farbwiedergabe.

Gerade im Spiegelbereich kommt es darauf an,

dass die Farben naturgetreu wahrgenommen wer-

den. Hier kommen Lampen zum Einsatz, die das

gesamte Farbspektrum der von ihnen beleuchteten

Gegenstände wiedergeben und ein warm-weißes

Licht erzeugen.

AESTHETIC LUMINAIRES

Lighting decisively determines the atmosphere of

a room. Furnishing is a matter of personal taste –

however, a good general impression, especially in

the bathroom, can only be obtained by judicious

selection of the luminaires.

Apart from the brightness, two factors are essenti-

ally responsible for the light action: the colour

temperature and the colour rendering. Especially

in the mirror area what matters is that the colours

are perceived as natural. Here, luminaires are used

that reproduce the entire chromatic spectrum of

their illuminated objects and produce a warm

white light.

LES LUMINAIRES ESTHÉTIQUES

L’atmosphère d’une pièce est déterminée par son

ambiance lumineuse. L’agencement est un facteur

de goûts personnels, mais une bonne impression

générale, jusque dans la salle de bain, ne peut

être obtenue que par le choix judicieux des lumi-

naires.

Il existe, outre le niveau d’éclairement, deux para-

mètres essentiels pour un agrément optimal: la

température de couleurs ainsi que le rendu des

couleurs.

Gerade in fensterlosen Räumen, wie es im Badezimmer häufig

der Fall ist, ist das Ziel der Lichtplanung eine gute

Ausleuchtung des gesamten Raumes. Dies wird erreicht durch

eine gleichmäßige Ausleuchtung des Spiegelbereiches.

Especially in windowless rooms as is often the case in bath-

rooms, the aim of the lighting plan is good illumination of the

whole room. This is achieved by an individual ceiling lighting

and the uniform illumination of the mirror area.

Baulmann a développé un système complet de luminaires pour

la salle de bain. Le but dans l’elaboration de l’éclairage est

d’obtenir une lumière douce grâce à un éclairage homogène

des miroirs. Par exemple en positionnant les luminaires des

deux côtés, les ombres sont évitées.

Die beste Ausleuchtung wird erzielt durch auf bei-

den Seiten des Spiegels montierte Leuchten – stö-

rende Schatten werden vermieden. Aber auch nur

eine Leuchte, oberhalb des Gesichtsfeldes ange-

bracht, kann komfortables Licht bieten, wenn die

Lichtstärke richtig gewählt ist. Eine sinnvolle

Ergänzung sind beleuchtete Vergrößerungsspiegel

und akzentuierende Einbauleuchten.

The best illumination is achieved by mounting

luminaires both sides of the mirror thus avoiding

disturbing shadows. However, even one luminaire,

mounted above the field of view, can offer a com-

fortable light, if the right luminous intensity is cho-

sen. This can be supplemented with illuminated

magnifying mirrors and accentuating built-in lamps.

Le système peut être combiné avec des miroirs

concaves éclairés et des plafonniers encastrés

accentués. Une couleur originale reflétée devrait

toujours être reproduite avec le même rendu des

couleurs, ceci de part et d’autre d’une miroir.

Sicherheitshinweise gemäß DIN VDE 0100 Teil 701An Räumen mit Badewanne oder Dusche werden beson-

dere Anforderungen gestellt, die in der DIN VDE 0100 Teil

701 definiert sind.

Halogen-Niedervolt-Leuchten können im Bereich 1 platziert

werden, wenn sich der Transformator außerhalb des

Bereiches 1 befindet.

Für unsere empfohlenen Leuchten am Waschtisch gelten

keine besonderen Vorschriften. Es sind jedoch die

definierten Abstände zur Dusche oder Badewanne

einzuhalten.

Safety regulations according to DIN VDE 0100 part 701Particular demands are made on rooms with bathtub and

shower, which are specified in DIN VDE 0100 Part 701.

Halogen low-voltage luminaires can be mounted in the

area 1 if the transformer is placed outside the area 1.

For luminaires recommended by us for the wash stand

there are no particular regulations, however, the specified

distances from the shower and the bathtub should be

observed.

Der Anordnung und Dimensionierung der Installation

kommt bei der Niedervolt-Halogen-Beleuchtung besonde-

re Bedeutung zu. Neben der Berücksichtigung des

Spannungsabfalles müssen die Lampenzuleitungen, wie

jeder andere Leiter in Hausinstallationen, so bemessen

und gegen Überstrom geschützt sein, dass sie bei

ordnungsgemäßem Ansprechen der Überstromunter-

brecher keine schädliche Erwärmung verursachen.

Um Spannungsabfälle gering zu halten und große

Leiterquerschnitte zu vermeiden, sollte der für den Betrieb

von Niedervolt-Anlagen notwendige Sicherheits-

transformator möglichst nahe beim Verbraucher installiert

werden.

Verbindungs-, Klemm- und Übergangsstellen sind mög-

lichst niederohmig auszuführen.

Mounting and installation instructionsInstallations should be carried out according to DIN VDE

0100/IEC 364. The arrangement and dimensioning of the

installation plays a significant role in low-voltage halogen

lighting. Apart from the consideration of voltage drop, the

live cables, like any other conductor in domestic installa-

tions, should be dimensioned an protected against over-

current in such a way that for a proper esponse of the ver-

load protection they do not cause detrimental heating.

In order to keep the voltage drop low and to avoid large

conductor cross sections the safety transformer required

for the operation of low-voltage installations should be

installed as near as possible to the luminaire.

WärmeentwicklungWegen der hohen Wärmeabstrahlung von Halogen-

Niedervolt-Leuchten ist ein minimaler Sicherheitsabstand

von 50 cm zwischen Leuchte und angeleuchtetem brenn-

baren Material einzuhalten. Speziell bei Reflektorlampen

sind auch größere Sicherheitsabstände erforderlich. Dies

gilt auch für Akzent-Leuchten mit Kaltlichtreflektor.

Ebenfalls ist für eine genügende Wärmeabfuhr an der

Leuchte selbst zu sorgen. Kaltlichtlampen geben ungefähr

2⁄3 der Wärme nach hinten ab.

Grundsätzlich gilt, Einbauleuchten nur in solche Decken

einzubauen, in der die maximale Umgebungstemperatur

40 °C nicht übersteigen kann, ein allseitiger Freiraum von

mindestens 50 mm muss vorhanden sein, der Freiraum

nach oben ist leuchtenspezifisch.

Im Hohlraum einer abgehängten Decke muss deshalb

eine natürliche Luftzirkulation stattfinden können. Ist dies

nicht gewährleistet, muss eine Zwangsbelüftung mit ent-

sprechender Leistung installiert werden.

Heat developmentDue to the important radiation of heat by halogen low-

voltage luminaires a minimum clearance distance of 50

cm between luminaire and floodlighted combustible

material should be observed. For reflector lamps in parti-

cular even larger clearance distances are required.

This also applies to Akzent luminaires with cold-light

reflectors.

Furthermore, on the luminaire itself, care should be taken

for sufficient heat dissipation. Cold-light lamps dissipate

approximately 2⁄3 of the heat to the rear.

It is a general principle to build in built-in luminaires only

in such ceilings in which the maximum ambient tempera-

ture cannot exceed 40 °C and a polydirectional clearance

of minimum 50 mm should exist. The clearance above is

specific to each luminaire.

In the hollow space of a suspended ceiling a natural air

circulation should exist. If this is not guaranteed, then

suitable forced air circulation should be installed.

Dégagement de chaleurA cause du haut dégagement de chaleur de lampes á

halogène basse tension, il faut observer une distance

minimale de sécurité de 50 cm entre le luminaire et du

matériel combustible qui est éclairé. Des distance de

sécurité encore supérieures sont nécessaires dans le cas

de lampes avec réflecteur ou pour des luminaires d’accent

En plus, il faut garantir une dissipation de chaleur suffi-

sante au luminaire. Des lampes à lumière froide dégagent

environ 2/3 de la chaleur en arrière.

Généralement, il ne faut utiliser des luminaires à encas-

trer que dans des plafonds dans lesquels la température

ambiante maximale ne dépasse pas 40°C, il faut laisser

une zone de dégagement d’au moins 50 mm de tous

côtés, la zone de dégagement nécessaire vers le haut

dépend du luminaire.

Il faut donc qu’il y ait une circulation d’air naturelle dans

l’espace creux de plafonds baissés. Si cela n’est pas le

cas, une ventilation artificielle avec une puissance corres-

pondante doit être installée.

Alle Transformatoren tragen das VDE-/GS-Zeichen sowie dasMöbeleinbauzeichen MM.

Alle Sicherheitstransformatoren sind so dimensioniert, dass bei vollerBelastung und 40 °C Umgebungstemperatur die zulässigenTemperaturen nicht überschritten werden. Beim Einbau in Schränke usw.ist für eine ausreichende Belüftung zu sorgen.

Sicherheitstransformatoren sollten:– leicht zugänglich installiert werden,– schwingungsgedämpft montiert werden,– Transformatoren sollten mit Nennlast betrieben werden.– Der Leistungsbereich von elektronischen Trafos muss beachtet

werden. Unterlast führt zu Flackererscheinungen.

Our safety transformers for halogen low-voltage luminaires correspondto EN 61558.

All transformers bear the VDE/GS symbol as well as the furniture built-insymbol MM.

All safety transformers are sized in such a way that with full loading an40 °C ambient temperature the permissible temperatures are not exceeded. When installing the transformers into cabinets one shouldalways take care that there is sufficient ventilation.

Safety transformers should be:– installed for easy accessibility,– mounted to minimise vibration,– Transformers should be operated under nominal load.– The capacity range of electronic transformers should be observed.

Underload results in a flicker effect.

Nos transformateurs de sécurité pour lampes halogènes bas voltage sont conformes à la norme EN 61558.

Tous les transformateurs portent le sigle VDE/GS, ainsi que le sigle MMpour l’incorporation dans l’ameublement.

Tous les transformateurs sont dimensionnés de façon à ne pas dépasserles températures max. admissibles, même lors d’une exploitation à100% et avec une température ambiante de 40°C. Lors d’une incorpora-tion dans des armoires p.ex., il faut prévoir une aération suffisante.

Les transformateurs de sécurité:– doivent être aisément accessibles;– doivent être installés en un endroit exempt de vibrations; – Les transformateurs doivent être exploités à charge nominale.– La plage de puissance des transformateurs électroniques doit être

respectée. Une sous-charge cause des papillotements de la lumière.
