Features and Benefits

Helagrip is a versatile and cost effective cable identification system. The specially designed internal profile allows one size of marker to be fitted onto a wide range of cable diameters. Helagrip’s chevron cut ensures that the markers lock together, enabling the text legend to stay in place where cable movement or vibration is likely. The flexible material ensures that Helagrip cable markers always fit securely onto the wire.

Ideally suited to panel building, mass transit, utilities, telecommunications and electrical contracting.Helagrip is supplied on a reel for ease of use.Markers are available as standard in international resistor colour code and yellow material marked in black. Ovalgrip Cable Markers


Ovalgrip markers have been specifically designed tomark cable and wire both before and after termination.Their oval shape means that these markers are easy to fit by hand directly onto the cable pre-termination or they can be attached as an identification flag post-termination using special marker Arrowtags. Arrowtags fittedwithOvalgriparefastenedusingcabletiesandcanvery easily be modified or removed without the need to uninstall the cable.

This fast and easy to use snap-on marker is ideal for use in areas where termination has been completed or where systems need to remain switched on.WIC is especially engineered to remain in place even under continuous vibration.The robust locking mechanism ensures that the marker legend is always visible on the cable in areas of vibration or other cable movement.WIC markers are fitted by simply clicking them on using the WIC tool. Hellermark RF is a factory-embossed stainless steelmarking system specifically designed for extreme conditions with text supplied as per the customer’s request.

Cables, pipes, conduits and other parts can all be permanently marked with easily readable, clear text. The materialusedisgradeV4A-equivalentstainlesssteel.

Flex-Tag Markers

The Flex-Tag marking system is a non-adhesive, labour saving method for identifying wire and cable.

UsedwithTagPrintProsoftware,theFlex-Tagsworkasanefficient, computerised system. Delivered on fan-folded, pin-fed cards, Flex-Tags are sturdy, yet thin enough to work with dot matrix printers — 9 pin printers are recommended. Flex-Tags can also be marked with a pen.

Manufactured from a 25 mm thick, white polyester, FlexTags provide a scratch resistant surface which resists dirt, UVlight,andavarietyofsolvents.

Installation

Tapered slots are on the end of each marker. To install the Flex-Tag,justbendthecard,insertthewireintothetaperedslots, and pull. Easy to use, the Flex-Tag system providespermanent identification without sorting, loose markers, or waste.

Rite-On® Markers

HellermannTyton’s Rite-On® Markers are made from a flexible vinyl film and are used to mark wire and cable. The self-laminating labels have a clear tail which seals thelegendunderclearvinyl,maintainingthequalityofthe labels.TheRite-On® markers are packaged in a re-useable dispenser made from high impact plastic which is resistant to oils and grease.
