The series is comprised of a mastermodule and up to 16 PID modules.The master communicates PID

module data to the external PC, PLC,or DCS by selecting and downloadingthe proper device driver, allowing themodular controller to communicate inyour device’s native language. You canalso drag and drop control data toPLC registers using point-and-clickdata mapping, slashing programmingcosts, while eliminating the need forcostly add-on I/O or analogue cards.

With its RS-232/485 and 10/100 BaseT Ethernet ports, the master can beconnected to almost any device.

Improve your factory floorproductivity with Red Lion PTV.There are various ways to improveproductivity, but most rely onanalysing Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) and communicating them toproduction staff on the factory floor.That's where a Red Lion ProducTVityStation (PTV) can make a realdifference, and take advantage of thelow price of off-the-shelf LCD TVs.Large, flat screen TV’s aren’t designedwith productivity in mind and lack theability to gather plant floor data. TheRed Lion PTV is the only ready- to- deploy solution that can display KPIsand productivity information directlyon virtually any LCD TV.

With more than 200 communicationsdrivers, three independent serial portsand an Ethernet port, the PTV canconnect and collect data from virtuallyany PLC, a.c. inverter, etc.
