Machining capabilities

GG BC uses a combination od manual and CNC machines. The experience of

our stuff guarantees a high standard and performance.

Machine park:

- 3 manual turning machines

(up to ø 630 x 3800 mm)

- 2 CNC Turning centers

(up to ø 530x1000 mm – Niels & DMG CTX 510)

- 2 manual milling machines

(up to 400x800x250 mm)

- 3 CNC Milling centers (2x vertical, 1x horizontal)

(up to 600x500x500 mm & 1300x700x700 mm)

- 1 CNC 5 Axis milling center

(vertical/horizontal up to 600x500x500 mm)

QMS

All white metal components undergoes ultrasonic tests,

dimensional and visual inspection. Where requested liquid

penetrant tests. We provide an NDT report for all white

metal products. All inspections are carried out by certified

quality employees

• Ultrasonic test – ISO4386-1.

• Liquid penetrant test – ISO 4386-3
