As a result of the use of Fibonacci rose for designing of aesthetic, beautiful and harmonic textile designs, it can be concluded that in textile design Fibonacci rose can be used in different ways of geometrical and colour combinations, and as a frame of creations of textile design elements. Keywords: Textile Design, Fibonacci Sequence, Fibonacci Series Tiling, Fibonacci Rose.

1. FIBONACCI SERIES TILING WITH TRIANGLES – FIBONACCI ROSE The proportions in Golden ratio and Fibonacci associate harmony and beauty and by this reason they are used in design. The Fibonacci numbers are the sequence of numbers defined by the linear recurrence equation

Fn = Fn-1 + Fn-2 (1) with F1 = F2 = 1. As a result of the definition (1), it is conventional to define F0 = 0. The Fibonacci numbers for n = 1, 2, ... are 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, ... [2] Fibonacci sequence is used in the creation of geometric objects. There are some versions of Fibonacci series tiling, which are constructed with equilateral geometrical figures – squares or triangles, as the sides’ lengths are equal to the numbers of the Fibonacci series, or the lengths of the sides of the squares or equilateral triangles are each to other in proportions, which are equal to Fibonacci sequence. The version which uses equilateral triangles to form a double-spiral is shown in figure 1. [1] This tiling version is named Fibonacci rose. The paper presents textile design using the Fibonacci series tiling with triangles or Fibonacci rose.

2. FIBONACCI SERIES TILING WITH TRIANGLES OR FIBONACCI ROSE IN TEXTILE

DESIGN Figures 2-5 show different pattern designs which are created on the base of Fibonacci series tiling with triangles Fibonacci rose. [3] Figures 2 and 3 present the both variants of double coloring of Fibonacci rose. In the variant which is shown in figure 2 the both spirals of Fibonacci rose are colored in different colors. In the second variant which is presented in figure 3 the triangles in the both directions are colored in different colors. Figure 4 presented a use of Fibonacci rose as a frame. The double spiral, which is designed with curved lines, is formed around the double spiral of triangles in Fibonacci rose. This model is colored in two colors too. The model shown in figure 5 is formed by a double spiral from circles. These circles are in proportions of Fibonacci sequence and they form a double spiral because they are got as entered ones in the frame of Fibonacci rose. These forms are directly used in creation of new textile designs. Figures 6 and 7 present textile designs which use motifs created on the base of the model, presented in figure 2, in which the both spirals of Fibonacci rose are colored in different colors. In figure 6 the motif uses the model in figure 2 in a form of a square. In result a textile design, which formed combination of spirals and squares, is formed. In figure 7 the both colored motif uses the model in figure 2 in a form of a quad spiral. In result a textile design with combination of spirals is formed. Figures 8 and 9 show textile designs which use motifs created on the base of the model, presented in figure 3, with different colors of triangles in both directions. In figure 8 the motif uses the model in figure 3 in a form of a square. In result a textile design, which formed combination of spirals and squares, is formed. In figure 9 the textile design is made with the help of a double mirror image motif which uses the model in figure 3 in form of squares. In result a textile design with combination from square and mirror forms is designed. Figures 10 and 11 present textile designs which use motifs created on the base of the model, shown in figure 4, in which a double curved spiral is designed around the double spiral of triangles in Fibonacci rose. In figure 10 the motif uses the model in figure 4 in a form of a quad spiral. In result a textile design with combination of spirals is formed. In figure 11 the both colored motif uses the model in figure 4 in a form of a quad spiral. In result a textile design with combination of spirals and squares is formed. Figures 12 and 13 present textile designs which use motifs created on the base of the model, presented in figure 5, with a double spiral of circles entered in the Fibonacci rose. In figure 12 the motif uses the model in figure 5 in a form of a square. In result a textile design with spirals and stylize flowers is formed. In figure 13 the both colored motif uses the model in figure 5 in a form of a square. In result a textile design with a square set in diagonal direction, which is formed by circles is designed.
