2. The tenderer should state the price per unitdelivered to the Prisons Central Stores, Ikoyi, Lagos,‘and such charges should include all charges forpacking, handling and freight.

Forall travel by a staff memberorpersonsofhisfamily, the staffmember must obtain the Secretary-

- General’s prior authorization in writing.

Removal expenses are also reimbursed uponarrival and departure, provided that the appoint-ment is for two years or more.

A daily installation grant is paid to staffmembers’ arriving to take up their posts in Geneva, asfollows :

(i) Staffmember accompanied by his family—30 days at 160 Swiss Francs for the staff memberand30 days at 50 Swiss Francs each dependant.

(it) Staff memberarriving unaccompanied—15 days at 100 Swiss Francs. . °

(ii) When the spouce and children arrive -after the staff member, they receive the grantunder paragraphy (7) and the staff member him-self receives for 15 days, from the time of theirarrival, the sum of 100 Swiss Francs per diemin addition to the amount paid to him underparagraph(ii). .
