The articles of food to be supplied shall be ofgood quality and must be supplied to the afore-mentioned Institutions in such quantities as specifiedin the dietary schedules of the Institutions and asmay be ordered by or on behalf of the PermanentSecretary, Federal Ministry of Labour from timeto time.

3. The rate at which the person tendering iswilling to contract must be written in figures aswell as in words, This rate should be quoted perhead per day and should include the cost of deliveryof the foodstuffs at any of the Approved Institutions.

The successful tenderer shall be required toenter into a written contract, the terms of whichmay be seen on application to the PermanentSecretary, Federal Ministry of Labour, Independ-ence Building, Lagos. He shall also be requiredto bind himself in a sum of £100 and twosureties inhalf the same sum each for the fulfilment of thecontract.
