the ERs linear can provide up to 8 machines with workpieces. identicalwork processes can be conducted in parallel. it is also possible,however, to run one whole process through various machining types.the positioning accuracy on the line-ar axis guarantees smooth palletchanges. nevertheless, the transfer unit travels from one machine toanother at the remarkable speed of 2 m/sec.

Modular extensions to suit your wishes
the concept of the EROWA Robot dynamics is as simple as it is ingeni-ous. depending on requirements, the Robot can be adapted and extended time and again, whilst the basic investment is preserved. As a stand-alone model to serve one single ma-chine, or on rails to serve up to eight machines, everything is possible.
01 | Up to 9 magazines in the system; they can also be used in mixed composi-tion. We will be glad to advise you about configurations.

modular-step by step
The first step is to equip the machine is such a way that most of the night hours can be utilized. One magazine is sufficient for this; with an average machine time of 30 minutes per workpiece, 5 hours can be put to productive use in this way.
The production cell is extended. Further machines are integrated. The Robot is equip-ped with a rail, further magazines and a loading station. The initial investment is still used and extended, but now the production cell has the original capacity several times over.

the Robot dynamic is capable of handling both big and small workpieces. One of the important features of the automatic manufacture of one-off parts and small series is the fact that the facility should be able to change auto-nomously from one different pallet size to the next.
