LABELLING

IRONING & CREASING

Owing to the diversity of our professional equipment and our team’s

expertise, we are able to process all types of garments.

• Steam ironing on vacuum tables (12 stations).

• Creasing tunnel, with a capacity of 1,000 items per hour.

DISPLAY

We create your gift boxes and promotional materials, prepare and fill display

QUALITY INSPECTION AND SORTING

Our technicians, who have extensive experience in the clothing industry,

examine and inspect your items in accordance with your specifications and

quality standards. They:

• Look for fabric and stitching defects.

• Check for stains.

• Inspect measurements.

• Sort garments.

SEWING REPAIRS Our experienced seamstresses will find the best solution to repair and alter your

items. To this end, we have a comprehensive range of sewing machines:

Flat machine.

Overlock machine.

Invisible stitch hemming machine.

Application of rivets and fasteners.

Application of buttons.

Buttonhole machine.

Manual alterations.

• Airing to remove odours.

• Stain removal to get rid of isolated stains.

This is performed manually, primarily on shoes with mould marks.

• Stain removal at the stain removal stations on textiles, for garments

with isolated stains.

• Washing for both stain removal and dye fixing and bleeding issues.

During the finishing phase, after drying, we complete the service with ironing or

creasing, either in the tunnel or on a mannequin. Our latest-generation machinery, with a capacity of 1,000 items per day, offers

effective and environmentally-friendly solutions.

LOGISTICS TO PLATFORMS AND WAREHOUSES

We carry out deliveries on your behalf to all brand distribution platforms.

We pack items in packages, labelled according to customers' specifications, on

film-wrapped pallets. If required, they are delivered on hangers, or in individual

covers or covers containing several garments.

We take care of liaising with the warehouse, organising and tracking

transportation, as well as writing up the packing list, in accordance with the the

warehouse’s specifications.

LOGISTICS TO SHOPS

Delivery to warehouse or shop: your items are carefully stored in lockers according

to reference, colour and size. Items on hangers are stored on bars.

We take the quantities requested for the preparation of your orders and produce

delivery and parcel identification slips,

E-COMMERCE LOGISTICS

Complete turnkey solution to manage your website:

• Reception of your goods.

• Goods picking.

• Preparation of orders and delivery of packages to the carrier.

• Updating your stock and managing any returns.

STORAGE

Our warehouse, adapted to the demands of the ready-to-wear sector, strictly

complies to APSAD safety standards (fire and intrusion).

Our storage capacity:

• In pallets up to 1,500 pallets store

• On hangers (approximately 50,000 items).

We are able to store your goods under customs control.

REVERSE LOGISTICS

We receive and/or organise the collection and transportation of items points

of sale.

We count the quantities received according to reference, size and colour. If

required, we carry out a quality inspection of the items and repackage and

label them.

We draw up a detailed list of your return delivery, and your items are then

ready to be re-delivered to the network of your choice.
